Very helpful staff

Our stay was very enjoyable the staff were very friendly and attentive

Brilliant, central location. The train station was just across St George’s Square so easy to walk to hotel (about 2 mins). Lovely staff. Rob was very courteous and professional. Room was small but very satisfactory for our needs and was quiet. The parking was heavily discounted to £9 per day and was about 500 metres away. If you’ve got lots of luggage drop it off first! We didn’t eat at the hotel so cannot comment. Would definitely stay there again when visiting Glasgow.

Everything you’d expect from this hotel chain. Good interior design, related to the location. Breakfast buffet was well stocked but slight problems with coffee machines.

Always great , easy n smooth stay

As always our stay was great. Staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for you. Rooms were lovely and clean, also good use of space. The facilites were great as well

Perfect location for me. Close to all the things I wanted to see/visit or right on a bus route. Excellent dining options too, all within easy walking distance.

Great location. Great value for money. Polite friendly staff. We have ised the aibis in many occasions in differnt cities. My only issue i have with this hotel and all the others is that they have the most uncomfortable pillows. Rock hard and flat. Bed is xlean and cimfy orherwise. But you do wake up with a bit of a headache and neck/back pain from the pillows. Other than the pullows would highly recommended.

It’s a decent enough hotel. Clean, central but no frills which is fine for a short city break. The staff are young and friendly. They have a good eco-friendly policy. The bar and restaurant are open 24 hours.

It’s quirky and convenient

Perfect for what we needed. Seeing a show at Barrowlands, so it was a great place to get ready after work and then go to the show to come back and sleep after. And probably the same as what it would have cost for me to get a taxi home at that time of night. Clean, central and comfy.

Dernier hôtel du séjour. Partis du mauvais pied car à notre arrivée vers 14h, panne informatique et donc impossibilité de récupérer la chambre pour se reposer un peu après la route. Obligés de laisser les bagages et partir en balade directement. Pas très cool. Retour à l'hôtel vers 17h45, problème résolu. Situé en plein centre ville, aucun parking disponible directement sur place. Parking à deux rues de là, réduction offerte par l'hôtel. Chambre pas très grande mais décoration moderne, salle de bains avec douche et miroir géant. Pas grand chose à dire, c'est très bien. Café offert à volonté au niveau 1 de l'accueil. Niveau 1 qui sert également de salle de petit déjeuner. Petit déjeuner parfait de notre coté avec sucré, fruits, yahourts, croissants, céréales... et salé, champignons, bacon, omelette, saucisses...

Hôtel de centre ville avec commerces environnants, nombreux bars, pubs, restaurants... Mais absence de parking. Et l'Ecosse taxe les parkings mais verbalise facilement le mauvais stationnement. C'est le point négatif de cet hôtel.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty and plenty of choice.
