Whole stay was excellent from start to finish, but think room 415 needs a new mattress, was quite uncomfortable, but didnt spoil our stay at all. Keep up the good work

This hotel rarely comes up on the comparison sites so I didn’t know it was there even though I’ve used the other two in Glasgow. It’s in a fantastic position for shopping and nightlife. Our room wasn’t ready when I arrived and we were asked to come back in a couple of hours. When we did it still wasn’t ready so we were given a coffee and asked to wait. As a sorry for the delay we were given a goofy bag with iron bru and tunnock tea cake. Clean and good value

Perfect location, room small but functional with good sized shower, hairdryer and iron provided. Breakfast terrible, not worth the additional cost. Both coffee machines out of order and hash brown so hard you couldn't even bite them. Needs to be improved, would get breakfast elsewhere.

The hotel was clean; the staff friendly. The breakfast had several options. We were able to visit many sites within a short walk. The beds and pillows were hard! No microwaves or mini fridge.

Fantastic food, and complimentary drinks. Good, clean bathroom, with a great shower. Twin room was not really twin - a sofa bed which dipped in the middle was not comfortable. The double bed -mattress and pillows were too firm. When we checked in the lobby/reception was fairly loud and the member of staff had a soft voice, so it made it tricky to hear and remember all the information that was given. It would have been helpful to have a written copy of times of breakfast etc. Check in and check out was quick and efficient. The staff were all really helpful and friendly. The breakfast staff were particularly great, proactive and friendly. We liked the decor and atmosphere of the hotel.
