We were looking for a place for a family of four - including two kids who were 11. So our options were limited, especially if we were looking for a hotel. This hotel had a suite with two rooms which was perfect for our family. The price was a bit steep, but given the time of the year (New Year’s Eve), we thought we would suck it up and take it. The suit was located on top of the hotel. There were many structural issues with it. First, the suit felt like an attic. There are no windows offering views of the city. There are just small windows near the top of the ceiling. So it’s dark most of the time, I can’t tell the weather, and I can’t look outside. I felt like I was in a prison! And the celing is slanted, and you often bump your head. Even my children kept bumping their heads! Also, the showers - the showerhead was too heavy, and it would not stay up! It was so frustrating. Also, there is this bump by the entrance of the hotel. When I was coming back from a quick trip to the near by store at night time, I completely forgot about its existence and I tripped and fell. I also witnessed other people tripping over it a few times. On positives - the staff at the reception was friendly and the housekeeping did a good job at keeping everything clean. I don’t have the experience of staying in other rooms, but I definitely not recommend the suite I stayed in, especially at the price I paid for.

This new hotel was perfect for everything, location, kind staff, beautiful and spacious room, valet parking! I would stay here again when I visit in Madrid.

A really "cool" boutique small hotel in a convenient location although the immediate surrounding neighborhood is a little rough around the edges. Staff at the hotel were very helpful and polite. We stayed in a 2 BR suite which was really one of the nicer rooms I have stayed in however we were disappointed at the lack of turndown service, water/towel replenishment etc for the price we paid. The hotel is not far from being a 5 star establishment but needs to improve their service to get there.

Last night stay in Madrid and it was FANTASTIC!!! The staff was over-the-top helpful and kind; the room was immaculate and well pointed and the location was spot on! It will be our home away from home when we're back in Spain! ALWAYS!!

Everything about this property and the staff were above and beyond our expectation. The management upgraded our room and even sent us a bottle of champagne in honor of our anniversary. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This is a beautifully Mai rained property in the heart of Madrid. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Our double double room was spacious and well appointed and the bathroom was huge. Also a quiet property within walking distance to everything on our list.

You're going to love where we're staying. The hotel sits right in the heart of everything, and I mean everything. Shopping, tapas bars, restaurants, a tablao, and the train station are all just a short walk away. No taxis, no stress, just step outside, and the city is yours to explore. The hotel itself is spotless, and the staff is genuinely warm and welcoming. You're in good hands.

Stunning. I was originally staying at the Four Seasons and decided to switch to Palacio Atocha. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the personal attention and lovely room (highly recommend the junior suite!)

They literally are cool rooms. Huge ceilings. Brass faucets and hardware. Huge double shower. Felt like a Palace. Close to train station. Would definitely stay here again.
