Good value for money. The ladies who ran the hotel were enormously kind. The location was superb - 1 min from Diagonal metro station. The breakfast was not less satisfying than that of a 3 star hotel. Drinking water and cookies were always available. The room was very clean and cosy. The room wasn't big enough to have a desk or anything on which I could place my laptop and work, which was a little regrettable to me. The hotel doesn't have a reception, and one needs to get access to the hotel like s/he does to a private apartment. If one loses the key or forget the passcodes for the entrance to the building and the hotel door, s/he will be unable to get in unless s/he can talk to staff on pbone.

My room looked different from displayed pictures even though including a balcony. It looked far from the boutique. Many mosiquitos bothered my sleep all the day and night. I could not control an air conditional system. There was not even a desk and a trash box for arranging my stuff in my room. The balcony also looked differently as I had expected. There was not any room to place stalls or foldable chairs so I could not use it at all as closed. There did not provide slippers even though the floor was dirty. However, the host and staff's kind and hospitality was amazing. The power of water for shower was also satisfied.

Location is very convenient, a block away from Diagonal station and Casa Mila. The area felt safe and is full of restaurants and shops. The hotel room is very small but clean, new and well designed. I really liked the waterfall shower, 5-star quality towels and a good hairdryer. I am very picky with mattresses and the one in the room seemed to be a little firm and comfortable. One downside is the noise from the street - As the hotel is on the 1st floor, I could hear cars passing by till late although it is not a noisy street in general. 호텔은 Diagonal역 근처에 위치해 편리합니다. 까사 밀라와 멀지 않아서 조용한 편이지만 관광에도 좋고 쇼핑하기도 좋은 지역입니다. 방은 작지만 새로 리노베이션 해서 깨끗하고 편리해요. 샤워기, 수건, 드라이기 모두 고급 제품이라 매우 만족했습니다. 허리 통증이 있어서 매트리스를 까다롭게 고르는 편인데 편히 잘 잤네요. 하나 단점이 있다면 2층에 위치해서 (유럽 기준 1층) 밤에 차 소음이 들립니다. 원래 시끄럽고 복잡한 길은 아닌데 지나가는 차 소리는 어쩔수 없더라고요.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, à deux pas de la Casa Batllo et d'une bouche de métro qui permet de relier toutes les attractions de la ville. Le petit-déjeuner est très satisfaisant. L'hôtel est propre et agréable. La femme qui s'occupe du petit déjeuner et du ménage est souriante et sympathique. On note deux points négatifs : - l'arrivée : une vraie galère pour avoir les codes d'accès au bâtiment !! J'ai demandé des précisions (la vieille) pour la taxe de séjour et les codes d'accès, car il n'y a pas de personnel d'accueil dans cet "hôtel"). On m'a répondu la veille, en me disant que j'aurais les codes le jour.j par e.mail et on m'a envoyé un lien pour le paiement de la taxe sans précisions... J'ai signalé qu'on payerait la taxe une fois arrivée dans les locaux, on ne m'a rien dit... Le jour.j, aucun mail... j'ai du les recontacté 30 minutes avant notre arrivée sur le tchat et par mail, on est resté sans réponses pendant 1h... J'ai finalement dû appeler le numéro de contact disponible sur hotel.com pour qu'on nous donne enfin les codes : c'était laborieux ! Si j'ai bien compris, en payant la taxe avant nous aurions eu les codes.... - l'isolation : les fenêtres en bois sont fines et anciennes. Notre chambre donnait sur la rue principale, on entendait tout ce qui s'y passait . Heureusement que l'hôtel fournit des boules quies, sinon impossible de dormir sereinement.

The most difficult part of my experience is getting into my booked reservation. No one answers the phone. The listed contact number had no response. We arrived early due to our timeline of our cruise. You cannot enter the building without code or someone lets you. I was concerned about our luggage. This was the most difficult entry. This process has to change.

Es una propiedad pequeña y eso hace que las habitaciones estén muy reducidas pero cuenta con excelente ubicación.

Perfect boutique hotel, room was up to date and clean. The room had amazing view out the balcony but is a bit small if you have a lot of luggage (it was fine for a few day stay). Staff was friendly and set us store our luggage prior to check in. Great location as well. Would recommend.

Excelente ubicación y buena atención de las personas que atienden el lugar Recomiendo que al momento de llegar al lugar ya lleves las indicaciones a seguir ya que para entrar necesitas la clave de puerta del edificio y puerta al hotel ya que de lo contrario puede ser un impase ya que en el lugar sólo está la persona encargada de 8 am a 5 pm.

Lo mejor es la ubicación! Excelente! Pero su servicio es muy impersonal . En mi caso término siendo hasta grosero de su parte pues me contactaron vía WhatsApp y mail desde unas direcciones que no tenían que ver con el hotel como tal . Les escribí en su enlace oficial y ahí me respondieron ron que si eran ellos y que no había yo respondido . Resulto que es un hotel como de autoservicio dentro de un edificio de departamentos habitacionales así que en el acceso el del edificio muy grosero. No hay recepción del “hotel”, todo es con códigos y no hay personal más que un rato por las mañana . en ultimo minuto me dijeron que tenía que pagar $33 euros para recibir los códigos. No tenían internet argumentando el apagón de más de una semana atrás. La habitación limpia y moderna pero muy pequeña . Por estar en el Corazón de la rambla Cataluña en mi habitación con balcón se escuchaba ruido. Por cuestiones de mi viaje tenía que quedarme una noche más y me Dijeron que ya no tenían disponibilidad. Así que me cambié entonces de hotel.

Check in instructions and codes were not sent, therefore lost lot of time at the entrance without having the information to enter. No-face hotel, whatsapp robot not answering. Very bad experience. The hotel itself is nice and can not be better situated, top location.

Hotel is very small . Rooms are small and no place to hang close.Didn’t feel safe due to no one is available after 3:00 pm and were told to call police if there is an emergency. I was charged over 1700 Euros for 4 day stay this is rip off . I will be complaining to Hotels .com

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel, only wished that the checking in process could have been communicated better. Dining area has limited space but it’s easy access to metro, walking distance to some of the main attractions. shops nearby and most especially the staff are very welcoming and friendly. All in all, we enjoyed it.

We couldn't even access our room. No reception lobby. The door was locked . We finally figured out the access code. Then there was another code to find the floor. And a third code to obtain your key. The building was dark and isolated. Not another soul in sight. We immediately left and found another hotel. We'd appreciate a refund for an unused night and feel the pictures and description were misleading. It is terrible to arrive exhausted and not able to enter your room.

This property was lovely. Great location and the service was awesome . The room was a bit small but you honestly don’t need much.
