When we go to the airport they provide a shuttle mini bus.

Quarto impecável, amplo, iluminação super adequada, tudo limpo e organizado. Travesseiros e cama super confortáveis e adorei o chuveiro ser separado da banheira.

We didn’t get breakfast but I did appreciate being able to have an early check in. Only issue was there was hair on the shower assuming from previous guests… there was a full body mirror.

The TV was not connecting to the Wi-Fi, and the staff mentioned they were unable to fix it. The hotel is also in need of renovation, as the overall condition feels very old.

Espectacular hotel pero solo de fachada. Le hace falta una renovación YA. Tuvimos que llamar a mantenimiento un par de veces por cosas que no funcionaban en la habitación….

Hôtel bien mais mériterait un peu plus de prestations pour un quatre étoiles.

Very comfortable bed and clean

My stay was excellent! The staff were incredibly kind, courteous, and helpful. The room was spotless and very comfortable. I also want to thank them for serving the ONE OF best breakfast in Madrid — delicious and beautifully presented. Highly recommended!

Qué es un hotel cómodo, confortable con habitaciones excelentes con un servicio de comedor para el desayuno ofrecido, tipo buffet de buena calidad, buena atención del personal, aunque exigen tarjeta de crédito de respaldo

Se debe prestar mejor atención respetando el horario de check in así evitamos malos entendidos con el turista que espera prontitud en la entrega de la habitación

The purpose for choosing this hotel was it is located proximate to the big conference arena. The website boasts easy access using their own complimentary shuttle bus. Guess what - it doesn't exist. There are no easy access to metro stations so you cannot even get the transit to iFEMA. A ten minute walk and then two buses. It has added a daily 30-40euro cost on taxis. Room clean, but everything is a little off. A 21" tv screen makes no sense. The shower door doesn't close so each time you shower you flood the bathroom, there is a bath, but it is sized for a large child at 1500mm. The highlight was the automatic coffee machine at breakfast - but even then, each serving could fill one of the minuscule cups twice. I told front desk that their website was misleading. The answer was "we don't control the website, we control the reception"!

Habitación sucia, suelos sin fregar. Hay una pequeña mesa circular dentro de la habitación y alrededor de ella el suelo estaba sucio, pegajoso, sin barrer ni fregar. Había pelos en el suelo, en la zona del pasillo y otro pelo en una de las camas, bajo la almohada. En el baño, la tapa del bidé también sucia.

Great hotel, comfortable, nice breakfast included.

Hotel muito bom, quarto espaçoso, cama confortável café da manhã muito bom. Tem opções para comer na proximidade, mercados e transporte público.

Two things: 1. Do not have air conditioner available (cancelled to be used because said the winter time isn't over - in april (spring time) room was very hot. 2. They seling by internet things that doesn't exist. They don't have free transport to the airport (Barajas) from the pandemic's time acording employee in front desk. In that event they supose to cancelled from the information supported in their internet "portal"

Estaba todo muy limpio, fue muy cómoda la estancia y muy amable y rápido todo el personal. Lo único que mejoraría es el secador de pelo, que no entiendo porque no tan básicos en la mayoría de hoteles de 4 estrellas.
