가격대비 좋았습니다. 중심지인 솔광장이나 그란비아 거리까지 도보 약 20분. 위치는 찾기 좀 어려워요. 아파트 2층이라 간판이 없고 대문위에 크게 써져있는 번지수 잘 찾으세요. 주변에 레스토랑과 카페, 펍 등이 많아 현지 분위기를 느끼기 아주 좋았습니다. 엘리베이터는 없어요.

시내에 위치해 있어 에스파냐광장도 10분거리 솔광장도 걸어서 10분거리 시내관광하기에는 최적 지하철도 가까워서 이동편리 주변에 먹을곳 많음

Room was renovated and very clean. Check-in was very easy (they sent the info via WhatsApp). The location is great, near a metro station and with coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. The room got blasted music from a nearby club on Sat night. Minor thing: they installed the soap holder incorrectly, so you have to lift the whole bottle in order to get soap... Main downsides: reception hours are 8am-3pm, and they charge for luggage storage (done in lockers). This is crazy considering the cost of the room... all the other places I've been were happy to store luggage for me... but then again they had 24h reception. Overall a great place.

Great location and overall we enjoyed our stay. The staff in the morning were very helpful, especially with storing our luggage in the lockers after checkout. One important thing for future guests: make sure to look for the check-in email ahead of time and complete the passport information before arriving. We missed the email and assumed we could check in at the front desk, but when we arrived the desk was unmanned. After submitting the information, the reply with the room access codes was not automatic, so we were temporarily stuck outside. Luckily, we found someone with a phone to call the emergency number, and they quickly helped us get access. Once we got in, everything was fine, but doing the online check-in ahead of time will make the arrival process much smoother.

Einfaches Hotel mit guter und praktischer Lage im Zentrum. Zimmer und Bad sauber. Zimmer recht klein. Insgesamt alles in Ordnung und für ein paar Nächte empfehlenswert.

The room was a good size, and the bed was very comfortable. The pillows are tiny and are only one per person. The bathroom is very small, but clean. The hotel is in a good location, about a 15 minute walk to Real Madrid Palace, and about 20 minutes to Plaza Mayor.

Great location. Room was very clean but had an unpleasant smell, probably a building situation? Maybe room air freshener would help.

Tras un viaje largo esperaba poder descansar, pero durante toda la madrugada hubo música a volumen muy alto y fue imposible dormir.

Servicio muy muy amigable por parte de recepción: Carolina y Jonathan, gracias! El servicio de limpieza recordaban los detalles que les había pedido, gracias. Las habitaciones sencillas son ridículamente chicas, mejor pagar muy poco más y reservar dobles, mil veces mejor. Magnífica experiencia

La habitación

El acceso al edificio el sábado 13 no funcionaba, me puse en contacto con los responsables y nos dejaron más de 40 minutos en la calle. Al entrar en la habitación, no funcionaban la luz y las luces de emergencia se apagaron al cabo de un rato. Sigo sin tener respuesta a los mensajes enviados y alguna explicación de lo sucedido. Por lo demás todo bien, habitación limpia, ubicación buena e instalaciones en buen estado.

Confusing that the info on this site said spa open all hours but there was none when I arrived. Hope you update the info. Else the room was very nice for the price

For the price and the location, this hotel really can't be beat. It's situated on a busy street in the vibrant neighborhood of Malasaña next to lots of cool vintage shops and restaurants. My room was very small but clean and had plenty of amenities. The front desk people were very nice and went out of their way to greet me. I would definitely recommend learning some Spanish prior to your trip to Madrid though. It was a great place to practice speaking for me. I took a star off because of two things I think were mentioned in other reviews. There is a noisy techno club below the hotel that plays music until about 5-6am during the week. I slept through most of it but I hadn't really adjusted to the time difference so I woke up a few times. I also had a weird issue with the electricity in my room the night before the race I was running the next day. The power went out and this giant flood light in my room came on at 4am which woke me up and it didn't go back off until about 6am. I did reach out to the night staff but they couldn't do anything until the receptionist came in at 8. Issues aside, I would still stay here again but I might opt for one of the larger rooms next time.
