Well located away from city center but walkable distance. Very good staff.

Positives - Earnest and eager reception staff. Small enclosed terrace/balcony. Negatives - Very small bedroom. Lack of privacy (toilet and shower). Car parking isn't easy.

What an absolutely fantastic hotel. Service was phenominal throughout, very attentive to our needs. We had a full tour of the grounds and our room on check in which was a very nice touch. We arrived early on check in day, and were able to leave our bags which had been put into the room by check in. The room was fantastic, nice and spacious with a lovely terrace. We spent a few afternoons by the pool too which was gorgeous, created a little escape from the bustling city below. 100% reccommend and hope to be back in the future.

Hotel was all you needed for a 3 day trip. 10 minute walk to main promenade. Staff were very helpful at all times. Delux double room was a good size(room 35), although no terrace which was a disappointment. There was biscuits, cake and fruit upplied everyday which was lovely. We were given a small bottle of wine on our last night to enjoy before heading out. Plung pool at rear was perfect for a quick dip yo cool off. Thanks to all for a lovely stay

Our room needed a good, deep clean. The floor was dirty and the windows and light switches were dusty and generally dirty. The floors werent cleaned properly. We only had one towel for 2 people and it had stains on it. You cannot change the temperature of the aircon and it's either boiling hot or too warm. Much improvement needed. The rooms need a clean al fondo

The staff is really amazing and kind

Døren til vores terrasse var i stykker hvilket hotellet oplyste ved indcheckning …..terrassen kunne ikke benyttes . Døren var ikke lukket helt så al trafikstøj fra gaden ,gik direkte ind i værelset . Fik efter forespørgsel ,fik vi tilbudt et andet meget mindre værelse med adgang til terrasse med en MEGET lille dobbeltseng …..hvilket ikke var det vi havde betalt for og var ikke behageligt at sove i

An excellent hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations and providing anything we asked for (bottle openers, beach towels). The rooms are really modern and clean with excellent aircon. The location is also really good to walk around Santander. The pool is also really nice and much deeper than we had thought! We would definitely recommend this hotel.

You should absolutely stay here if you are considering this hotel. Daniel and Katia, the two staff members with whom I engaged the most, are so professional and so genuinely kind. (they would even bring me by my name every day!) I stayed for one full week in a room with a beautiful balcony and wonderful amenities. They seem to think of everything that you might need and they go above and beyond in terms of what they provide in the room. They’re also very generous with the coffee and snacks that they provide each day and it wasn’t unusual for me to be asked by the team if I needed anything else. They genuinely wanted to make sure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. The hotel itself is beautiful and the location, in a spectacular neighborhood, is absolutely perfect and convenient to everything. Somehow you’re close to everything but it’s still a quiet peaceful street, and you really feel immersed in the real life of the residents. In the end, I think it is the staff who makes a place special and that was my experience here. I can’t thank them enough, and I definitely will return!

Katia greeted us and toured us the property. Very nice and professional.

The staff were being hassled but dealt with the complainants well and made us feel welcome and at ease. Well located for everything Santander has to offer but important to pre book car parking as this is limited

The staff were amazing, nothing too much trouble. Excellent restaurant recommendations, pool area a godsend. They constantly contacted us to check all was ok. Had a superior room with a balcony overlooking the pool. Local pastry delivered for a complementary breakfast

A really great find. Beautiful boutique hotel. Everything was wonderful from Victoria's welcome to little touches like coffee, fruit and cake in the guest room.
