호텔에 슬리퍼가 없어요. 일회용품 사용금지인가요?

완벽했습니다. 위치도 역과 가깝고, 주변에 몬세라트 전망대를 걸어올라갈수 있습니다. 조식도 제공되는걸 감안하였을때 가성비가 너무 좋고 시설도 좋았습니다.

It was a well managed hotel. The staffs seemed well trained and the room was clean. However, I was not satisfied with its location. It is located on a hill, so it took a longer time to get there and quite hard to reach there with a heavy luggage. I chose the hotel since it was saying it has a "mountain view" but it means that you cannot see anything but other hotels from your balcony.

먼저 호텔의 위치인데 체르마트역에서 비교적 가까워 이동하기가 부담이 없습니다 직원들도 매우 친절하고 특히 객실내 욕실에 욕탕이 있어 피로를 풀수가 있습니다 아침식사도 좋은 편입니다

역에서 걸어서 10~15분거리. 마테호른 올라가는 케이블카 탑승장소 걸어서 7분거리. 조식 서비스좋고 맛있음. 오리털이불제공. 객실내에 커피나 티가 준비되어있지않음. 커피포트없음. 객실바로앞에서 공사중이라 아침부터 오후늦게까지 소음에 시달려야했음.

친절한 호텔직원, 만족스러운 조식, 호텔컨디션 다 완벽했습니다. 다만 메인스트릿과 기차역에서는 조금 떨어져있다는점이 아쉽..

I lodged in a suitroom, and the view for the Mattehorn was very nice. Especially the tour guide in the front desk was exellent.

Clean room, had everything we needed and breakfast.

Absolutely lovely hotel, the staff was incredible, room was exactly as described with a wonderful view and the location was fantastic. I would highly recommend a stay if your planning on visiting.

Pros: *Room price, cheap for Zermatt standards. *Hotel taxi service for CHF 5 pp. *Breakfast buffet offered, though selection limited. *Clean room, chalet styled. Cons: *Location - NOT near the train station. It is a purely uphill walk and it is grueling with luggage. *Noisy, paper thin walls. *No hot food at breakfast. I was disappointed by this. I ate chocolate croissants and yogurt each day. No pancake/waffle making option, scrambled eggs, or bacon. *Outdated. *Staff not accommodating. No microwave. Acted surprised that we asked for an extra pillow.

My recent stay at the Holiday Hotel in Zermatt was nothing short of magical. What truly sets the Holiday Hotel apart is the staff. They are incredibly friendly and welcoming, Their flexibility was particularly impressive; when we encountered flight issues, the hotel made it incredibly easy for us to change our stay dates via email, responding promptly and resolving the situation with zero stress. The team even took the time to advise us on our finances, thoughtfully reminding us to pay in the local currency (CHF) rather than Canadian Dollars (CAD) on our credit cards to ensure we received the best possible exchange rate. Another standout moment was our final day; we had an early departure before the regular breakfast hours. Without us even asking, the front desk arranged with the kitchen to prepare on-the-go breakfast and lunch packs for our journey. It is these small, proactive gestures that turn a good stay into an unforgettable one.

Unique.. very helpful and polite

The hotel placed us in an attic room while we booked a standard double room. The second morning when we asked for changing room, first we were told no more room, then told us we had to checked out at 10am and rechecked in at the afternoon. Since we had day plans, it made us switch rooms impossible. The attic room was way too low and we (at average heights 5’4 and 5’8) kept bumping heads even blended back all the time during two days staying.

Helpful and friendly staff. Decent location, quicker leaving than getting there due to quite a steep hill. We stayed in a room where the slope in the roof interfered with the shower which meant you couldn't use it conventionally - the only issue we had in an otherwise very pleasant stay
