위치는 역에서 버스타면 바로 앞이에요 . 다만 호텔 들어가면 다른곳을 갈때 경사면이 심합니다 ㅜ 호텔에서 식사 추천드리고 수영장이랑 스파가 있어서 수영복 가져가시면 좋을 것 같아요 ㅎㅎ 조식먹을때 뷰가 너무 좋았고 조식뷔페도 좋았습니다 또 가고 싶어요 다만 지은지 좀 되어 시설은 낙후된면이 있습니다

최고의 호텔 입니다. 좋은 룸으로 업그레이드를 해주셔서 넓은 방에 경치까지 좋은 방에서 숙박했습니다. 직원들도 정말 친절했고, 조식은 메뉴도 정말 다양하고 맛도 좋았습니다. 호텔 바깥쪽 정원에서 보는 호수쪽 뷰는 아침에도 저녁에도 정말 환상적입니다. 다시 가고 싶은 호텔입니다.

Die Suite war gross, der Balkon auch, wirkte aber etwas ungepflegt.Leider war das Fenster im Glaserker defekt, das sollte sich jemand ansehen. Wellness haben wir nicht benutzt, die Zeit war zu knapp.Wir haben so viel Zeit gebraucht um uns in den langen Gängen zurechtzufinden, dass wir es gelassen haben. Das Essen war hervorragend, die Aussicht abends mit den Lichtern von Lugano wunderschön.

Der er butikker ca. 1 km fra hotellet. Bus lige overfor, og nemt at komme rundt

The check in was quick as we were given our key right away. It turned out that the agent neglected to give us sone key information such as free local transit pass es for hotel guests and wifi password. There’s no information in the room at all. We walked back to the reception area for WiFi password and we found out about the free transit passes the NEXT day from the train station agent after we paid our bus fares the first day!

The view from our room was amazing! The Spa staff and spa treatment was so good we booked a couples massage again the next day. Highly recommend booking the Spa! Food was okay and the rest of the staff were okay at best. We are a younger couple (early 30s) on our honeymoon. Definitely one the youngest couples there. We both felt the staff was more welcoming to other guests than us. Not sure if it was an age thing or something else but we were very respectful and quiet. Just something we both felt and noticed throughout our stay. Would come back for the Views, the Spa and pool but that’s really it.

Feines Frühstück, welches man mit Sicht auf Lugano geniessen kann. Der Terrassen-Boden würde nach dem Essen jedoch jeweils eine Reinigung vertragen.

The views from the property were beautiful, our room was the size of a small apartment which was amazing, the staff were great.

The initial room that was given to me was dilapidated and needed some serious cleaning and remodeling. The second room was better but the location was not the best for a solo traveler. It was more appropriate for pet owners and those traveling with a larger group. I would highly recommend the spa and fine dining restaurant! A+ The staff were really friendly and thoughtful in the restaurant and spa areas. The views were breathtaking from the pool area and suite. My only complaint was my initial room wish should not be given to anyone else. The pictures on the website should reflect all rooms not just a few. Renovation is imperative to building number 3. I am happy that as soon as I complained they quickly moved me. I wish I changed the room earlier but I didn’t see the sad conditions until the evening. I assumed the hotel needed serious renovations but saw differently as the day progressed. It was just that particular room and location. Nevertheless the staff were polite and corrected the error immediately.

Schlecht fand ich dass an der Rezeption und im Restaurant kaum jemand Deutsch sprechen konnte. Lugano ist in der Schweiz. Und ich denke es kommen einige Gäste aus dem Deutsch sprechenden Raum nach Lugano. Auch vermisst habe ich eine Infomape im Zimmer

Sehr freundliches Personal, schöne Zimmer, obwohl das Hotel schon etwas älter ist. Der Aufenthalt dort ist durchaus empfehlenswert! E-Lademöglichkeit vorhanden, wobei etwas teuer.

This place was outstanding. No need to type a long review, just think about everything you love in a hotel and Villa Sassa has it. Superb!!

Expensive for what it was. The hotel feels a little tired. Breakfast was the highlight. Disappointing that they wanted to charge a flat fee of 40CHF to use the car charger (irrespective of actual usage).

The pools were beautiful. The views were stunning. The staff was great. The breakfast was fantastic. Close to Lake Lugano. Just perfect.

beautiful property with nice spacious rooms; the rooms were cleaned every day and I had no issues during my stay. staff were mostly nice and friendly. the breakfast spread and the restaurant/bar were really good. I also enjoyed the recreational facilities including the gym, pools, spa and sauna. the property was in a convenient area at a walking distance from downtown and had gorgeous views. the only issue that I faced was that my room was on the fifth floor and I did not get any wi-fi signal up there.

Parken im Freien ist kostenlos aber Platzmenge ist begrenzt. Hotel Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Es müsste dringend renoviert werden. Klimaanlage im Zimmer mit fast 40 Dezibel zu laut.
