Staff member are very kind and warm.

단점부터 말씀드리면, 역과의 거리는 조금 있습니다. 그래서 걸어다닐 경우 다리가 아픕니다. 장점은 역시 거리가 있어서 길 거리를 거닐며 풍경을 볼 수 있어서 운치있고 너무 좋았습니다. 시설도 좋고, 깔끔했습니다. 접대원의 서비스는 아주 훌륭했고 편안했습니다.

호텔 전체 구조가 답답하고 외부 햇빛이 잘 들어오지 않는 형태입니다. 예약하면서 빅사이즈 침대라고 했는데, 큰침대 하니인것처럼 보였지만 실제는 작은 매트리스 2개를 붙여놓은 것이었다, 중가에 경계가 있어서 앉거나 잘때 불편했다.

접근성이좋아요 깔끔

출장으로 5박, 가성비 훌륭한 숙소입니다. 이 호텔에서 조식, 청소는 제공되지 않지만 필요한 만큼 수건 교체가 가능합니다. 카운터 옆 식사 공간에서 원두 커피, 시원한 녹차음료(냉장고)가 무상 제공되며 본인이 가져온 음식을 먹을 수 있습니다. (컵라면을 위한 100도 물과 젓가락, 휴지, 컵, 접시 등도 제공) 침대는 편했고 온수는 잘나왔습니다. 방마다 냉장고가 있습니다. TV는 150개 넘는 채널이 있고 그중 TVN에서 우리 방송을 보실 수 있습니다. 친절한 직원의 안내와 서비스가 좋았습니다. 약간의 한국어를 구사하시는 분도 계시니 참고하시길...

Rated as a 4 star hotel, but probably closer to 2 star. Walls are paper thin and was woken up several times throughout the night. Room is extremely small. Toilet is in the same enclosed space as the shower, which made showering very weird. I guess if you’re only staying one night & don’t really value sleep.. then you should book. Was cheap tho.

Nice and very clean hotel. Good enough space for couple, nice, very clean and spacious bathroom. There are no windows, but that was not an issue. 12 minutes walk from central station, and was very convenient. Overall will stay there again and would recommend without any hesitation.

入住的時候意外被升等，雖然是在電梯旁邊，人來人往以及電梯的聲音可以感覺得到，但是環境非常的潔淨明亮，浴廁也很乾淨，值得推薦給需要的你。

During my first night here, my aircon and fire sprinkler was leaking when i returned for the night and the foyer in my room was flooded. However, as the front desk is only manned from 11pm-8am, i could not get any help. At 8am, i went to the front desk and they sent a maintenance guy about an hour later. He was also very apologetic and offered for me to have my room switched. He and the staff that morning were friendly, and courteous throughout my stay. However, my reason for a low rating is all due to 1 front desk staff who is very unhappy with his work. I was out after i switched the room and did not have the chance to test the bidet, and only realised it was not working after a day out. I asked him for help which he grumbled and unhappily walked to my room. Before opening the door to my room, he blamed me for overloading the sockets causing a trip int he circuit. I told him that i had just arrived and have not even plugged anything in. He was visibly unhappy with my reply, grumbled and blamed me again. While he was solving the issue, he was very vocal about it being my fault for causing the trip and if it happens again he would not help me. After it was resolved, he made it a point to firmly lecture me about not overloading the sockets and to only plug in 1 plug per socket. I saw him again on another night and he seem as unpleased with work as i when i asked for help. Apart from this very irritable interaction with this guy, the location of the hotel is good.

Pros: Room very comfortable and clean, good shower and bathroom facilities, staff friendly and accommodating, convenient location. Cons: Elevators quite slow. The windows for many rooms face a wall, but they were able to change me to a room that didn't face a wall.

客房乾淨

The hotel shares a building with Finders Hotel. It was difficult to find at first because it did not appear in google maps. We were a family of 4 adults and stayed in a room with 2 queen beds. The beds were spacious. Floor area was a bit cramped so only 1 -2 people at a time can open their luggage. The room had a small cabinet, small ref and table. The bathroom was great. Clean and spacious. Very modern looking. They had a japanese type of toilet. Staff was helpful. Shops, hole in the wall restos, subway and ximending were nearby. I highly recommend. I will stay here again next time I visit taiwan.

Great location

Excellent Customer Service and value for money. Most of the landmarks are walking distance from the hotel. Staff are friendly and very accomodating.

環境への配慮の為に歯ブラシやスリッパが無いのは問題無し。シャワー室にあるのが、オールインワン（体も髪もこれで洗うようです。私は未使用）だけなのも大丈夫。ですが、洗面台にハンドソープが無いのは思ったより不便でした。これが改善されるともっと良いと思います。スタッフの方はフレンドリーで、たどたどしい日本語で歓迎の気持ちを伝えてくださり、こちらも嬉しかったです。チェックアウト後に荷物を預かってもらったのですが、その時に引き換えの紙などはくれずに口約束な感じでしたので少し不安でした（苦笑）。ですが、部屋はきれいですし立地も比較的良いので、また利用したいです。
