N hotel

During my first night here, my aircon and fire sprinkler was leaking when i returned for the night and the foyer in my room was flooded. However, as the front desk is only manned from 11pm-8am, i could not get any help. At 8am, i went to the front desk and they sent a maintenance guy about an hour later. He was also very apologetic and offered for me to have my room switched. He and the staff that morning were friendly, and courteous throughout my stay. However, my reason for a low rating is all due to 1 front desk staff who is very unhappy with his work. I was out after i switched the room and did not have the chance to test the bidet, and only realised it was not working after a day out. I asked him for help which he grumbled and unhappily walked to my room. Before opening the door to my room, he blamed me for overloading the sockets causing a trip int he circuit. I told him that i had just arrived and have not even plugged anything in. He was visibly unhappy with my reply, grumbled and blamed me again. While he was solving the issue, he was very vocal about it being my fault for causing the trip and if it happens again he would not help me. After it was resolved, he made it a point to firmly lecture me about not overloading the sockets and to only plug in 1 plug per socket. I saw him again on another night and he seem as unpleased with work as i when i asked for help. Apart from this very irritable interaction with this guy, the location of the hotel is good.

Pros: Room very comfortable and clean, good shower and bathroom facilities, staff friendly and accommodating, convenient location. Cons: Elevators quite slow. The windows for many rooms face a wall, but they were able to change me to a room that didn't face a wall.

The hotel shares a building with Finders Hotel. It was difficult to find at first because it did not appear in google maps. We were a family of 4 adults and stayed in a room with 2 queen beds. The beds were spacious. Floor area was a bit cramped so only 1 -2 people at a time can open their luggage. The room had a small cabinet, small ref and table. The bathroom was great. Clean and spacious. Very modern looking. They had a japanese type of toilet. Staff was helpful. Shops, hole in the wall restos, subway and ximending were nearby. I highly recommend. I will stay here again next time I visit taiwan.

Excellent Customer Service and value for money. Most of the landmarks are walking distance from the hotel. Staff are friendly and very accomodating.

Like it. Atmosphere is good. Have snacks and drinks provided all the time till 11pm. Room a bit small, only body wash provided. 1 big luggage and 1 carry on are good. About 10 min walk from main station. Overall we had a good stay.

Good location close to the main station and walking distance to some of the main sites of the city. The entrance lobby of the building is a bit worn down but the hotel itself is quite nice.

Do NOT book to stay in this hotel. Our friend had bed bugs all over her legs and the hotel refused to offer a refund when we left the hotel to find another one. Do NOT book this hotel or with Hotel.com who also refused to offer a full refund for the stress and tear and trouble that the travelers all suffered.

This is ok for a short stay. Very small rooms for the price. The area is not convenient. Too expensive for what you get.

Turned out to be quite good. Relatively new. Staff are very attentive and friendly. Only issue for us is the room is a bit dark, but maybe it's ok for others. And we wish the common area could be used a lot longer at night. Good hotel for those that are in a mid budget. Also quite accessible to a lot of buses.

Good and convenient hotel!

I liked the location of the hotel. And it's clean. The only thing I didn't like is the small sink/faucet. And the sink drained slowly.

Nice central hotel with good value for money. It would have been nice for the check in staff to ask which language I’d prefer for the information sheet rather than assume I want it in Korean. The staff seemed a little abrupt and rude at first but warmed up in the end. In general, I appreciate the language barrier, but kindness and hospitality can still be conveyed through good attitude and friendly behaviour. Would stay again if I were back in the area.

I quite love this hotel actually. However, there are some concerns that i would like to recommend. Hotel should do more clean because i found hair on the floor and dust on the fridge. In case of amenities, hotel should give all rooms in day by day. The price is reasonable and staffs are quite good in service and communication. If you can't accept the noisy, please leave this hotel.
