Nice central hotel with good value for money. It would have been nice for the check in staff to ask which language I’d prefer for the information sheet rather than assume I want it in Korean. The staff seemed a little abrupt and rude at first but warmed up in the end. In general, I appreciate the language barrier, but kindness and hospitality can still be conveyed through good attitude and friendly behaviour. Would stay again if I were back in the area.

Turned out to be quite good. Relatively new. Staff are very attentive and friendly. Only issue for us is the room is a bit dark, but maybe it's ok for others. And we wish the common area could be used a lot longer at night. Good hotel for those that are in a mid budget. Also quite accessible to a lot of buses.

I liked the location of the hotel. And it's clean. The only thing I didn't like is the small sink/faucet. And the sink drained slowly.

I quite love this hotel actually. However, there are some concerns that i would like to recommend. Hotel should do more clean because i found hair on the floor and dust on the fridge. In case of amenities, hotel should give all rooms in day by day. The price is reasonable and staffs are quite good in service and communication. If you can't accept the noisy, please leave this hotel.

We have no complaints about the hotel facilities and location. It is splendid. However, there is problems about the staffs which should be improved. Although they are professional, they lack of service mind and hospitality. The male staffs talked a bad things behind our back. We are not local but my friend is able to understand Chinese. I would rate 5 stars if the hotel staffs are improved for their attitude.

Great stay overall. The building doesn’t look like a hotel, to be honest but the room was clean and it was pretty comfortable. Somehow this hotel directly charged us in Taiwanese currency (not by Expedia in USD) so you better use any credit card that doesn’t charge any foreign transaction fee.
