개미가 좀 있음, 걸어 다니는거 좋아하면 추천 !

객실내에 벌레가 들어와있었고, 세탁세제를 부탁했었는데 세제갖다주시는데 5시간 걸렸어요~ 체크인할때. 이불을 하나더 주시기로 했었는데 이불은 오지않고.... 전달이 안된건지 머리가 나쁜건지..... 말하기도 입아픔 조식은 커피와 과일만 먹을만하고 중타이하의 맛임

스위트 코랄룸은 방이 두개에 거실도 나름 넓직해서 4명 가족 여행에 좋았습니다. 특히나 침대가 푹신하고 좋았습니자. 오션뷰였지만 잎에 큰 나무로 오션뷰 절반이 막혀 있는 부분은 아쉬웠네요. 직원도 친철했고 음식도 좋았습니다.

객실이 만실이였지만 , 그들의 룸서비스는 항상 너무늦었고 식은 음식을 1시간 넘게 기다려야 받을수있다 고장난 나의 아이폰충전선 때문에 충전기를 3번도 넘게 요청했지만 결국 받을수 없었고 핸드폰에 베터리가 없이 귀국해야했다

모든것이 좋았으나 리조트 이용에 대한 직원들의 설명이 부족해서 편리하게 이용하기가 쉽지 않았어요

전반적으로 만족! 시트나 수건이 얼룩이 있는 경우가 종종 있어서 위생에 민감한 사람들은 피하는게 좋을 것 같다. 수영장도 깔끔하고 관리가 잘 되고 있었고 조식이 특히 맛있어서 만족스러웠음.

Room had a breath taking view. It was spotless. All the staff members were very helpful and super friendly. Buffet breakfast was fantastic. So much to choose from.

My check-in experience was extremely disappointing. I was initially allocated a room right next to a construction site, which was unacceptable given the nightly rate. After raising the issue, I had to wait one and a half hours to be moved to another room, and even then, the new room did not offer a satisfactory view. To add to the frustration, the coffee machine in the replacement room was broken. I waited over an hour for it to be replaced. While the staff attempted to make amends by offering a bottle of champagne, I don’t drink champagne, so the gesture didn’t feel particularly thoughtful. As a solo traveler paying close to $750 AUD per night, I expected a far higher standard of quality and attention to detail. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet those expectations, and it’s not a property I would recommend. That said, I did genuinely enjoy the service at the lounge, which was consistently pleasant and one of the highlights of my stay. Overall, despite a few positive aspects, I would not choose to return.

Without exception all the staff were excellent they were always friendly & helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect for a trip to Phuket. You can either walk from the hotel or get a tuk tuk which were always ready to go and only cost around 200b. There are a lot of steps! But it kept us fit 😀 The rooms although spotlessly clean are dated, but the sea view was beautiful and the furniture on the balcony was very comfortable. This is a fantastic hotel, with an amazing lobby and view making it a special place to stay, the food was also exceptional but a bit of work on the rooms would make it even better. Highly recommend.

Good amenities but staff not good always with aptitude to solve something , didn’t re stock the room daily with snacks or coffee and I found one of the snacks opened and I had to pay for. Many mosquitoes in rooms , I understand outside us ok bc it is tropical but in rooms it should be something to keep them out , my kids legs and arms are terrible 😞

The room was ok but some of them is missing. The TV is not smart no YouTube just local programming. Housekeeping is good and clean and fresh everything. Breakfast is good choice. The staff are friendly. The pool was clean and close to our room. The hotel is good place and close to the restaurant and bar and massage, shop.

Staff would always take used towels the not provide new ones and we would have to call. Service was not up to par overall. Pool also was always out of towels. Room was also outdated and not renovated.

Amazing ocean views, high end feel, superb staff at the front desk. Wicked good food options. Expensive but worth every dime

Rooms needs restauraration, feels like the 80-ties, old air conditioner , old hotel , not enough staff some places
