욕실에는 거미줄이 있고 청소를 요구했으나 청소가되지 않았고 프론트 직원은 불친절했다 하지만 라무이해변 은 가까웠다

Das Personal rund um die Rezeption war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Personal in der Gastronomie war etwas träge und nicht all zu freundlich. Die schlechte Bewertung beruht auf dem Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Wäre es ein drei Sterne Hotel was nur die Hälfte kosten würde, würde ich volle 5 Sterne geben. Luxus ist an dem Hotel jedoch wenig, die Zimmer sind sehr einfach eingerichtet, nur mit dem nötigsten. Vor allem sind die Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen und müssten dringend überholt werfden. Die Abflüsse im sanitärbereich riechen, der Abfluss in der Dusche funktionierte nicht. Mit Luxus hat das ganz und gar nichts zu tun und für den Preis schon eine Frechheit.

Beautifull hotel, immaculate, great location.

Stunning resort (think Raffles styles), our pool view room was beautiful, big bed, balcony etc... good breakfast each day, nice selection. With the beach and main pools being across the road, it was nice and quiet. Pools were great, enough seating. Great coffee just outside the resort (turn left) - Toast cafe. And great place for lunch (to the right) Limlemon.

We had an excellent stay and would absolutely return. The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were honestly amazing. Despite being close to the street, the room was impressively quiet, which made it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. The staff throughout the property were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast at Mala restaurant offered a great selection — a highlight was the coffee machine which makes specialty drinks like lattes and cappuccinos, not just basic coffee. The location is perfect, just steps from the beach. We also spent time at the Edgewater restaurant and beach bar and had a wonderful experience there as well — fantastic drinks, attentive staff, and an amazing beach view. Overall, this stay felt like great value for the price. Comfortable, clean, welcoming, and perfectly located. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Staff were excellent

Jeg savnede mandler, hørfrø og græsk low fat yoghurt til morgenmad. Skraldespande med affaldssortering manglede overalt også ved poolen. Personalet utrolig søde og imødekommende. Poolbarens frokost manglede smag i deres mad, men der var mange valgmuligheder.

Super séjour dans un super endroit très agréable et très familial. C'était que du bonheur ! Service exceptionnel, petit déjeuner copieux et très variés, personnel très courtois, souriant et disponible, toujours prêt à aider et servir avec entrain et sourire, que ce soit de la femme de chambre en passant par les gens qui font traverser la route pour aller à la piscine ♥️. Soit dit en passant, contrairement à certains commentaires que nous avons pu voir avant de réserver, le fait que piscine et restaurant soient de l'autre côté de la route n'est pas un soucis, il y a des personnes pour arrêter la circulation 👍. L'hôtel est super bien situé avec des petits restaurants juste à côté et 2 supérettes. Je conseille aux familles Spéciale pensée et coup de coeur pour Mook à la réception, un petit rayon de Soleil qui nous a marqué☀️🤗. Et un grand merci à Jérémy 🙏. Bref, on reviendra, c'est certain. Gros coup de coeur pour toute la famille.

Amazing stay, pool and beach restaurant are a fantastic edition to the stay.

Staff at the pool area by the Beach needs to be more organized, as a leader my self i see Hugh potential for improvement, several guests including my self got irritated over waiting a long time to order, pay and to get our food. Sometimes they even forgot the orders this happened to several times. Improvements: Introduce QR codes for ordering food and drinks to the sundbeds! Give staff different areas to work in so everyone just doesn’t run around in every area of the pool and beach. When a guest has arrived at the sunbeds go and offer a menu or ask if they want something. They offer a wide selection of things to do great for families or couples I would say, it is quite and nice. Food taste good at the restaurant but it is expensive compared to the restaurant 10m away from the hotel (literally).

A lovely hotel in Lami. It is a 10-15 min walk on the road or along the beach to get to the main hustle and bustle of Lami. So this resort is nicely tucked away from it all. The resort itself is split by the main road that runs around the island, which is a very busy road. However there are traffic security that help you cross at the crossing, so it is not a major issue. The main hotel is lovely and very colonial in appearance. There is a small pool near the breakfast area. I found it strange that this area was only used for breakfast and that they did not serve and food or drinks here. But it wasnt a problem, it meant we had a nice area to sit with our own drinks and food. The rooms are very nice. Air con was a bit noisy. We had interconnecting rooms with the kids, which worked great. Only issue for me was that we supposedly had a balcony view. But is was awful. It overlooked some apartments and kitchen in the next building, it also did not have any furniture to sit on (I noticed others did). So it was pointless having the balcony. The main resort area over the main road was very nice. Nice pools and on the beach. This is not a private beach, so others are around. But it was fine and secure all the same. There was a small pier with a outdoor gym (bit run down) and a massage hut on, which was great. The restaurant food and drinks were lovely, with a huge offering off food inc western plates. The hotel is well maintained, breakfast is good quality, rooms are spacious. Attentive staff - our request to clean the room first thing in the morning was met every day without fail. Crossing the road to the beach was really easy as the two helpers are always there to stop the traffic. Kids club turned out to be amazing with well trained staff that had many ideas and projects on hand. We ended up using the games room on the daily basis for pool and air hockey. We also liked the location as it was super easy to get around and having two 7/11 right there proved really handy.
