Amazing stay, pool and beach restaurant are a fantastic edition to the stay.

Staff at the pool area by the Beach needs to be more organized, as a leader my self i see Hugh potential for improvement, several guests including my self got irritated over waiting a long time to order, pay and to get our food. Sometimes they even forgot the orders this happened to several times. Improvements: Introduce QR codes for ordering food and drinks to the sundbeds! Give staff different areas to work in so everyone just doesn’t run around in every area of the pool and beach. When a guest has arrived at the sunbeds go and offer a menu or ask if they want something. They offer a wide selection of things to do great for families or couples I would say, it is quite and nice. Food taste good at the restaurant but it is expensive compared to the restaurant 10m away from the hotel (literally).

A lovely hotel in Lami. It is a 10-15 min walk on the road or along the beach to get to the main hustle and bustle of Lami. So this resort is nicely tucked away from it all. The resort itself is split by the main road that runs around the island, which is a very busy road. However there are traffic security that help you cross at the crossing, so it is not a major issue. The main hotel is lovely and very colonial in appearance. There is a small pool near the breakfast area. I found it strange that this area was only used for breakfast and that they did not serve and food or drinks here. But it wasnt a problem, it meant we had a nice area to sit with our own drinks and food. The rooms are very nice. Air con was a bit noisy. We had interconnecting rooms with the kids, which worked great. Only issue for me was that we supposedly had a balcony view. But is was awful. It overlooked some apartments and kitchen in the next building, it also did not have any furniture to sit on (I noticed others did). So it was pointless having the balcony. The main resort area over the main road was very nice. Nice pools and on the beach. This is not a private beach, so others are around. But it was fine and secure all the same. There was a small pier with a outdoor gym (bit run down) and a massage hut on, which was great. The restaurant food and drinks were lovely, with a huge offering off food inc western plates. The hotel is well maintained, breakfast is good quality, rooms are spacious. Attentive staff - our request to clean the room first thing in the morning was met every day without fail. Crossing the road to the beach was really easy as the two helpers are always there to stop the traffic. Kids club turned out to be amazing with well trained staff that had many ideas and projects on hand. We ended up using the games room on the daily basis for pool and air hockey. We also liked the location as it was super easy to get around and having two 7/11 right there proved really handy.

Everything! Althought the hotel is a bid outdated the service and cleanliness make up for it.

A great resort hotel with good food, excellent staff and really good facilities. Lovely pools and a good club for kids. Some really nice restaurants nearly too. Rooms are new and really nicely equipped and very clean!

Fantastisk opphold! Veldig god service og et svært rent og fint hotell. Vi fikk gratis oppgradering, noe som gjorde opplevelsen enda bedre. På grunn av endring av dato måtte vi først avbestille, men hotellet var svært imøtekommende og refunderte beløpet selv om det var utenfor fristen. Vi bestilte deretter på nytt og hadde et veldig bra opphold. Hotellet kan absolutt anbefales, og vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

L'hôtel est de très bonne qualité et très agréable à vivre, les chambres sont très belles, qualité de lit, super. Les petits déjeuners buffet sont très bon, fraicheur. Le personnel est très serviable et même les personnes qui s'occupent de votre chambre. Pour aller du coté plage et piscine il y a un passage pour piétons avec des surveillants pour traverser, ils sont très serviable. Les piscines sont belles, belle vue. Je recommande aussi de louer un scooter en face de l'hôtel chez monsieur M Pai, qualité, permis de conduire et juste caution ( pas d'obligation de laisser notre passeport). Vous apprécierez cet hôtel pour son cadre de vie, son coté coloniale. Un conseil, passer par la page pour aller au village voisin.

Prima hotel

I took severe vomiting and couldn’t make the trip to Samui, notified the hotel in advance however they refused a cancellation and refund stating that I needed a hospital certificate. Anyone with common sense knows you don’t go to hospital with vomiting, they can’t help. You just drink water and wait for it to pass. The hotel we booked in Koh Tao was totally understanding and gave a refund without fuss. Be warned

The building is really beautiful! The housekeeping does an excellent job of cleaning the room when we were out and about. The staff were very friendly and attentive without hovering. The pools by the beach were beautiful, clean, and pleasant to sit by. The beach is small but private. We found a couple of really delicious restaurants to walk to. Massages both at the Outrigger and nearby were fabulous. It was easy to get a taxi right at the entrance to the hotel.

Le staff est adorable, la chambre est magnifique. La salle de sport très pratique. Il y a une piscine à l’intérieur de l’hôtel et une autre piscine bien plus grande sur la plage. Malheureusement, nous n’avons pas pu en profiter à cause de la météo mais le séjour aurait été idyllique si nous avions eu beau temps. Excellent hôtel pour un prix très correct
