정말 평화롭고 아름다운 곳입니다. 직원들도 친절하고 아침식사도 좋았습니다. 또 가고 싶네요^^

지리적으로 별로 였다. 톤사이항을 왕복하기엔 배편으로 가는 방법 밖에 없었으며 시간 제약도 있었음 16시가 마지막 복귀 배편이였다. 작은 섬이라 그런지 욕실에서 수돗물이 아닌 바닷물이 나와서 2일동안 지내는 내내 찝찝했다. 이런 불편함을 제외하고는 숙소 뒤에 마사지샵과 식당들이 몇개 있어서 좋았고 숙소 내에 수영장들과 다른 편의시설들이 잘 되어있어서 지내기 너무 좋았어 그리고 직원들이 너무나 친절했다 어린 가족 구성원이 있다면 여기가 딱 좋을 것 같다.

위치빼고 다 좋아요 안에서만 놀아도 하루가 부족하네요 다음에는 길게 머물고 싶어요!

깨끗하고 잘 관리된 독채빌라. 바다가보이는 야외샤워시설은 내 로망을 충분히 채워주었다 다양한 조식메뉴 망고가없는건 아쉽지만 그외 메뉴들이 충분했고 리조트 내 기념품가게에서 파는 상품들이 상당히 맘에들었다 특히 가방을 하나사왔는데 너무 예쁨 ㅎㅎ 에어컨은 아쉽게도 소리는 요란하지만 소리에비해서는 성능이 조금 아쉽다 ㅎ 그치만 다시 피피에서 숙박할일이있다면 꼭 다시가고싶은 곳임 비치론트주니어 너무 내스타일!!! 침대에 누워서 바다만보고있어도 힐링 자꾸 게을러지고싶은 풍경.. 최고

EXCELLENT!!!!! I cannot say enough about how incredible our stay was. From the second your feet hit their property, you are greeted, taken care of and set up for success to enjoy the gorgeous property and amenities available. The rooms were wonderful, bed was comfortable, pool/beach/chairs available and in great condition, amenities were 5 star, hike to viewpoints from property was a fun adventure.. we were there over Christmas Eve & Christmas which they hosted a huge celebration & was so great for our daughter. The staff was superb. The best part of our stay, so helpful, welcoming & genuinely happy we were there. You can bike around the island, play tennis, swim, take a boat, etc. 100000/10 we look forward to coming back!! We left feeling like a breath of fresh air and a body full of peace. Thank you!!!!

We liked the place but can improve. Better breakfast with for example fresh mango and juice. The staff at the reception can be more friendly (specially one guy, unfortunately don’t know name). Fixe the pool so the tails doesn’t fall off. Better information about the things you can find in the area around.

Courteous staff, lots of amenities

Very relaxing resort. Very well organized. The staff is very friendly and well organized. The views are unbelievable. The only things that need to improve in my opinion, are the food, & the night program is non-existent.

Traumhaft schönes Hotelgelände. Wunderschöner Strand. Die Villa auf Stelzen bot uns viel Privatsphäre und Komfort. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Wir werden wieder kommen.

This place has everything ready for you to relax and enjoy the quiet views of the sea. We got a oceanfront room. It was spacious and pristinely clean. The AC was not working properly and they fix it in no time. The resort has their own app and you can do everything there. From ordering food to booking tours or request a buggy if you don’t feel like walking around the huge property. The staff was amazing and friendly. Definitely a place to recommend.

Best of best

The resort itself is beautiful - rooms are great and staff were so helpful and friendly. Pool area was also lovely and we didn’t use it but private beach was big. Weather was unfortunately very poor while we were there and there wasn’t really anything to do, felt quite claustrophobic as when the waves were bad you didn’t even want to get a boat to the main town on Phi Phi. There’s nothing the hotel can do about this but just something to be aware of.

It’s a nice place but quite basic. It’s like a modern camping more than a luxury hotel

Our 2 bedroom villa had a private pool and our view was spectacular. The staff is very professional and truly make you feel appreciated. The beach was great and the breakfast provided a lot of diversity, so everyone was happy.

A praia em frente é maravilhosa, com água quente e vista incrível com possibilidade de realizar snorkel bem próximo ao hotel. As 2 piscinas com frente para praia e esquema de borda infinita também são ótimas para relaxar. O staff sempre muito atencioso. Porém, os serviços de passeio do hotel, quando você faz a reserva de um long tail boat privado não é um barco diferenciado e nem oferece água, mesmo em passeios longos, como os que fizemos que foram de 6h de duração. Serviço esse que estava disponíveis em outras regiões como em Railay Beach.

Clean, the staff great, most of all Tanya that help us in many things, w had an issue in our room and she fix it and gave us some extra for our trouble, then kept in touch the whole time to make sure we were good

Everything was amazing! We would love to come back

The facility was great and it was beautiful and it did offer a number of amenities but I will be honest the service wasn’t the greatest. I felt as if as a paying customer I was constantly being treated like I was a burden for asking for things like “extending my say” I don’t want to generalize and say it was all the workers there was a man named “Chan” who had a very passive aggressive attitude with me and other people there. I understand that it’s a 5 star resort and it is on the pricier side but it constantly felt like they were also trying to capitalize on the necessities you’ll need because it is on an isolated island. (Word of advice go to the local village for things like pharmacy needs, cosmetic and booking boats and excursions it’s 10 times cheaper.) At the resort they will do things like charge nearly 30$ for a bottle of sunscreen at the gift shop because they know you’ll need it. Going back to this I tried to extend my stay with them and Chan told me I was going to have to pay double the original price if I wanted to stay another night I quickly went online and saw that it was half the price that he quoted and just immediately felt quite put off and like he was doing whatever possible to milk us financially when we are already being generous and willing customers. I was in a group of four people and everyone in my group had stomach issues after eating at the breakfast buffet so that was a problem as well.
