This resort is absolutely stunning, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Hilltop Villa. The buggy service was so quick we rarely ever waited. Staff were so wonderful and attentive, they took care of our every need, much of the time without us even asking. It’s so beautiful you will not want to leave

Saii phi phi truly felt like paradise. We stayed here for 2 nights to relax. The staff were so friendly. They have 2 pools normally but 1 of them was under maintenance which was unfortunate. It made the 1 pool very busy and hard to get a lounging chair. We ate at ruan and api restaurant. Both places were great. Ruan is in the forest so there was a high chance for bug bites. The restaurant was also very far from our villa and the staff was happy to call buggy service which was such a nice treat! Getting to the resort was a bit of work and I highly recommend you wear sandals because getting on and off the long boat depended on whether or not its high or low tide. You might have to walk out further and into the water.

The staff at the hotel steals. Please remember don't leave anything valuable outside in your room, put them in the safe even if you are out for a brief moment. I lost money in my hotel room, and the response from the hotel is disappoiting. They basically did nothing only told me that they asked the cleaning lady and she said she didn't take anything from me. I called the police, they brought the cleaning lady to my room as well. She just blantly lied in front of us, some stuff she said didn't make any common sense, I felt the hotel staff realised that as well. However, I don't think they did anything afterwards, I noticed on some social platforms that some other guests had similar experieces. Disapointing!! Anyways, you can never be too careful, leave all the valuable things in the safe when you go out. If you choose to stay at this hotel, try to enjoy!

Si no le pongo un 10 es debido a la obligación de tener que contratar un servicio de barco para acceder y salir del hotel, en el cual se aprovechan del turista, nosotros reservamos sólo la ida con el hotel y el barco era un desastre. Entiendo que un hotel de estas características debería tener al menos un par de servicios de shuttle desde Phuket de forma gratuita. De todas formas, si vas al pueblo de detrás, el transporte cuesta 3 veces menos y te recogen en el propio hotel.

We loved this resort. The bungalows were very spacious and clean. It had a nice porch to have a coffee in the morning and listen to the birds. The breakfast was amazing with a variety of foods. The resort had several dining options. We tried a few and loved them all! The pool was very nice as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our luggage was delayed in Hong Kong and the contacted the airline many times to make sure we got our luggage as soon as possible. We hope we can come back to the island and will definitely stay in the same resort.

El Hotel está bastante bien, con una posición privilegiada frente a una playa. Eso sí, la playa está con marea baja durante gran parte de la tarde, lo que impide su baño a no ser que andes unos 200 m. El Hotel no responde a los correos electrónicos, especialmente en lo que se refiere a actividades extras. Recomiendo que se realicen todas por fuera del Hotel para ahorrarse dinero, y también son mucho más efectivos a la hora de contestar a las peticiones. La habitación estaba reformada, amplio, vestidor y baño. Cama muy cómoda. Aire acondicionado bueno pero hace ruido

We loved this resort. The bungalows were very spacious and clean. It had a nice porch to have a coffee in the morning and listen to the birds. The breakfast was amazing with a variety of foods. The resort had several dining options. We tried a few and loved them all! The pool was very nice as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our luggage was delayed in Hong Kong and the contacted the airline many times to make sure we got our luggage as soon as possible. We hope we can come back to the island and will definitely stay in the same resort.

El Hotel está bastante bien, con una posición privilegiada frente a una playa. Eso sí, la playa está con marea baja durante gran parte de la tarde, lo que impide su baño a no ser que andes unos 200 m. El Hotel no responde a los correos electrónicos, especialmente en lo que se refiere a actividades extras. Recomiendo que se realicen todas por fuera del Hotel para ahorrarse dinero, y también son mucho más efectivos a la hora de contestar a las peticiones. La habitación estaba reformada, amplio, vestidor y baño. Cama muy cómoda. Aire acondicionado bueno pero hace ruido
