룸컨디션이 넘 않좋아요 룸서비스도 넘 않좋고 수영장은 너무 더럽고 조식도 별로임

시내랑 쫌 떨어져있어서 좋다

Great large room with kitchenette and separate lounge. No view from our room but space was great

Took the entire day to get the room cleaned.

I have stayed here 6 or 7 times now. If that is not a recommendation, then I really don't know what is. The stafff go over and beyond normal to make every stay the best holiday. I will be returning again for sure.

Excellent stay within fifty meters of the beach and short ride to the central nightlife period

Overall, it was a comfortable experience. There was a huge disparity between employees who provided good service and those who didn't. Nevertheless, thank you.

I had a wonderful stay at Crest Resort & Pool Villas in Phuket. The property is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views, a peaceful atmosphere, and a perfect balance of luxury and relaxation. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable, and the overall vibe of the resort made it easy to unwind and truly enjoy the experience. What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Benz, who went above and beyond during my stay. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely kind—making everything from arrival to departure feel smooth and stress-free. Overall, I highly recommend Crest Resort & Pool Villas to anyone visiting Phuket. It’s the kind of place that leaves a lasting impression, and I would definitely come back again.

Everything was amazing staff very friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be the TV'S in room. Unable to use Netflix or screen Mirror need to invest in smart TV 's

It was a very nice stay, everything was good, exept the gym was very little equipment. Other than that, it was very good

Decent offering on the north side of Patong Beach. Great breakfast. Large room with standard size refrigerator/freezer and dining table.

Amazing stay with a personal touch

This resort was good and good location. We got a junior suite and it was ok but very little storage to put your clothes and no place for your bathroom necessities to put out, other than that the bed was comfortable and room was clean

Clean room and kind staff

Such an amazing experience!! Hotel was so clean! Great atmosphere. Great location!! Walking distance to hot spots or a short & cheap Grab ride share app away. Staff was amazing. Rooftop pool views are stunning.

The first floor poolside rooms were a nice touch. We visited with another couple and they made sure to give us rooms side by side. We were able to relax and have a few drinks together in the pool every afternoon before venturing back out. Great location close to the beach, but far enough away from the craziness of Bangla Rd. 7-11 is a 10 minute walk away and the swimming beach is 5 minutes if you walk slowly.

Hotel komplett in russischer Hand. Lage zu weit vom Schuss.

I was very satisfied with our room, except there were hardly any complimentary treats. There was only one restaurant on the property with a limited selection of meals, and there was a substantial charge for room service. The staff were not all bilingual and it was hard to communicate. Overall, it was a nice stay.
