룸도 너무 좋았고 private beach가 너무 좋았습니다. Sea Breeze Grill에서의 저녁 식사는 분위기 맛 모두 좋았습니다.

호텔내 이동구조가 굉장히 불편했다. 호텔내 음식도 매우 비싼편이다.

친철한 서비스과 좋은 경치, 깔끔한 침실 및 내부시설로 대단히 만족했어요~^^

Our stay at the Ritz-Carlton Koh Samui was absolutely exceptional. The resort is stunning, with breathtaking ocean views, beautifully maintained grounds, and luxurious accommodations. Every staff member was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The food was delicious, the amenities were top-notch, and the peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Every detail reflected outstanding service and hospitality. We left with unforgettable memories and can't wait to return. Highly recommend this beautiful resort to anyone visiting Koh Samui!

Hotellet var jättefint och organiserat. Vi bodde i en pool villa för vår honey moon och alla på hotellet var så fantastiskt fina och hjälpsamma. De gjorde det lilla extra varje gång. Vi fick en välkomst tårta till rummet samt varje gång vi åt på hotellrestaurangerna eller aktiviteter fick vi fina kort eller extra service pga vår smekmånad. Rummen var stora rymliga och poolen var stor och underbar att svalka sig i värmen. Rekommenderas starkt!

Great and beautiful hotel with wonderfull staff, special SO to Ping for helping us greatly every day. There F&B needs to be elevated to reach 5 star level. Quality and taste of the food is below 5 star standards Breakfast room is eating outside in the heat not 5 star level. Beter accessibility if you have a wheelchair or stroller many stairs but no easy way to go down with a stroller to the pool

Good hotel but almost no beach (small rocky), plus there are pipes going to the sea, and sea water is not very clean.

Loved every minute of our stay here. The service was exceptional. The villa was exactly as advertised. The main pool was great and food was amazing. They went above and beyond to make our honeymoon stay feel special.

All great. Rooms, views, extremely good personnel. Need more restaurants to be open. Breakfast service and omelettes fantastic but variety of foods and fruits… needs some major rethinking

We were disappointed overall, and do not feel this property lived up to the Ritz Carlton brand. It is a large property, well maintained, with spacious rooms, but we didn’t feel there was anything unique in the style of the buildings…..it didn’t feel like an authentic Thai experience. The lobby and restaurants are not air conditioned, and it was hot with lots of mosquitoes. The breakfast buffet was great, but our dinners were mediocre and we had to fight the bugs and could not enjoy our meals. We will not return.

Wir waren innerhalb eines Jahres bereits zum zweiten Mal im Ritz-Carlton Koh Samui und hatten erneut eine Exclusive Pool Villa. Die Villa war wie beim ersten Aufenthalt in perfektem Zustand, sehr sauber und hervorragend gepflegt. Aktuell werden nach Ende der Hochsaison einige Bereiche des Resorts renoviert. Davon haben wir jedoch kaum etwas bemerkt, da alle Einrichtungen weiterhin uneingeschränkt nutzbar waren. Das Besondere an diesem Resort ist neben der traumhaften, ungestörten Aussicht auf die Bucht vor allem das Personal. Die Freundlichkeit, Herzlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit der Mitarbeiter sind außergewöhnlich und machen jeden Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet überzeugt mit einer enormen Auswahl – von frischen Backwaren über internationale Klassiker bis hin zu asiatischen und indischen Spezialitäten. Alles ist frisch, hochwertig und wird laufend nachgelegt. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt ist die Atmosphäre beim Frühstück. Die Größe und Vielfalt des Buffets erinnern teilweise eher an ein Kreuzfahrtbuffet als an die ansonsten sehr exklusive und ruhige Atmosphäre des Resorts. Die Qualität der Speisen ist davon jedoch unberührt. Insgesamt hatten wir erneut einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Disappointing Experience at Ritz Carlton, Koh Samui I had high expectations for my stay at Ritz Carlton, Koh Samui, but unfortunately, the experience was far below the standard I anticipated. Villa Room Issues: The villa I stayed in was surprisingly small, with old-fashioned decor. It also appeared poorly maintained, which took away from the luxurious experience you’d expect from such a high-end resort. Limited Amenities and Poor Housekeeping: The amenities were very limited, and basic items weren’t replenished. For instance, the bathing liquid wasn’t refilled, and even after leaving a request with the housekeeping staff for an additional tissue box, it was completely ignored. Moreover, the towels provided were visibly old and had an amber, used appearance—something unacceptable for a property of this caliber. Inadequate Management and Shuttle Service: The overall management service was very disappointing. The hotel car and shuttle services are extremely limited, with only three set time slots for round-trip shuttles to Central and the resort. This makes planning any excursions incredibly inconvenient, particularly for guests relying on hotel transportation. Overall, my stay fell short in many areas, particularly in terms of room quality, basic services, and transportation options. I hope the management takes these issues seriously to improve the guest experience in the future. I will not recommend to anyone to stay in such bad hotel.
