객실 청결도 만족합니다. 직원 응대 친절했어요. 분수대 뷰는 좀 아쉬었어요.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The location is excellent, right next to Dubai Mall, and the view of the fountain show from the balcony was beautiful. The room was clean despite the building being older, and breakfast was fresh and well-prepared. However, I experienced a serious safety issue. On my way to the airport, I used the hotel’s transportation service. During the ride, the driver made several inappropriate and uncomfortable comments. I felt extremely unsafe and anxious throughout the journey. After arriving at the airport, I reported the incident to the hotel. Their response was disappointing. Hotel told me the driver was just a contracted provider, not a hotel employee. This felt dismissive, especially considering I had asked staff beforehand if the service was safe and had trusted their reassurance. During my stay, I had used other transportation services in the city with no problems. It was only the hotel-arranged ride that raised concerns. I also noticed that access to guest floors from the lobby was open and unmonitored, which further added to my discomfort. This hotel offers many great features, but safety should never be compromised. I hope they take stronger action in the future to protect their guests. I won’t be returning, and I encourage solo travelers especially to be cautious.

두바이 여행 중 최고의 호텔이었습니다!

분수쇼를 보기위해 선택한 방이였는데 기대이상으로 좋았어요 방 안에서 여유롭게 즐길 수 있었고, 두마이몰, 부르즈 할리파 ,식당 등 도보로 가깝다.

두바이몰과 부르즈할리파 바로 앞에 있으면서 훌륭한 조식과 주변 환경 최고로 좋은 시간 이었습니다.가격 또한 아주 좋았습니다.

숙박했는데 상당히 좋은 시설,서비스를 갖추고 있습니다. 만족하고 주변인들에게 추천할 용의가 있습니다.

다운타운에 위치하고 있어서 이동이 편리하고, 두바이 상징 중 하나인 부르즈칼리파와 분수쇼도 호텔 객실에서 볼 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 세계 죄대 쇼핑몰이라는 두바이몰도 걸어서 10분 내외이고, 조식과 직원 서비스도 최고^^

아름다운 경치와 편안한 객실 그리고 바로 옆에는 두바이몰이 있어서 쇼핑하기에도 너무좋았어요

The room was gorgeous, well appointed, clean, and had a nice view. The only issues were that the shower leaked water onto the bathroom floor creating a slipping concern, and the balcony was wonderful with nice furniture but there were a lot of mosquitoes. So we couldn’t use the balcony. All of the house keepers and the rest of the staff did an excellent job! Coffee and patisserie in the lobby was amazing, along with an outstanding buffet breakfast.

Great location & great staff. We checked in was offered an upgrade for $500 Cad & said why not. We go for afternoon sleep to get climatized. Fountain music is load but location this can be tolerated. We get up bedroom sliding doors are stuck 5 minutes eventually we get it opeln. The Burj Khalifa light show and fountain show to 11pm allows you 4 twelve minute windows an hour. Still location trumps this. Next wedding outside our windiw front desk no idea how long offers to move us. Great everyone wants to move hotel rooms at 1030pm on your second night. On checkout I say quite disappointed inn upgraded room I had to change rooms on. Hotel is old patio doors do not close properly si no noise cancelled at all. Very poor wn you see what the originalncharge was. On checjout desk pwrson said he would report to manager & hecwill be in touch. Nothing. Dubai seems to want your money and say goodbye. Very disappointed.

This is a beautiful hotel very well located, just across the lake and within walking distance from the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai mall. We appreciated being able to see the water show in the lake every half hour right from our own private balcony. Check-in and check-out were easy and fast. We were given a complimentary shuttle to the airport, which was greatly appreciated. The only issue we had was the temperature in the room. It was noticeably cold, and the climate control system only cools the room down, it doesn't warm it up. Upon waking up in the morning, I called reception about the temperature, and they kindly sent a plug in radiator to the room, which warmed it up. I wish that I had asked for the radiator to be delivered immediately after checking in. Overall, this is a wonderful hotel in a great location and I recommend it to visitors in Dubai.

今回3度目の宿泊です。 立地は最高で、ドバイファウンテン、カウントダウン、ドバイモールと食べる、寝る、遊ぶが全て叶う場所です。 カウントダウン時の交通規制も徒歩でドバイモールまで行き、買い物や飲食も問題なくできます。 ただ、客室のシャワーの水圧がもう少し欲しい…と思う所です。 あとは、大満足です！
