Nice hotel in a great location with friendly staff

The view was excellent. The outside needs a clean and paint.

Team courtious and pleasant, Cabaret good, a relaxing break.

Had a room that tv didnt work in and bath was dirty told the recepction and they moved us to a bigger and better room. Staff was very helpful.

Price was cheap so was good for the 1 night ,Room was very warm plus only one pillow each in room .

Room was okay. The reason behind booking this hotel was sea view from the room but it was total disappointment when got into the room. Room has no outside view at all. When asked at reception, I have been told that we need to pay extra charges to get sea facing rooms. This is nowhere mentioned when we have booked it through Expedia.

We were on 5th floor with a baby and pram. No lift so had to carry pram up. No other rooms available.

Was good so far except the pillow which is really bad

We love Llandudno. 1st stay at the Grand wont be the last. Great view from the room, great size room. Could have been cleaner, wouldnt take much. Good clean bedding. Value for money. The outstanding points are your waitress Jo at dinner and breakfast who went above and beyond to make our stay great, and one of the chefs at breakfast (unfortunately i didnt get his name). They're the ones that make the difference.

Room was a good size and clean, bed was comfortable enough, the bathroom was decent. The view was amazing.

Hotel was ok for the money. No shower gel / shampoo in the dispensers.

Radiator stuck on full heat, beds uncomfy, not clean found someone else’s old contact lenses on the shelf. Food poor and made me and my partner ill, checked out a day early and won’t bother returning

Room was to dark in the day , no shower gel in the shower , no fresh coffee in the morning for breakfast.

I have read a few reviews about the Grand Hotel being one of the worst hotels in Llandudno but it actually wasn't that bad at all, considering the price I've paid for. It is at an excellent spot within the area. Yes, the floors are a bit creaky, and the rooms are a bit out dated, but the main thing was to have a nice rest after exploring Llandudno, and we did. Would I recommend this hotel? Not to everyone because people have different standards, but to someone looking to save on a night's stay in Llandudno, I surely would! I hope we could visit once more some other time. :)

Kept awake all night with people running up and down the stars, playing music, singing and shouting. We were on the 5th floor and our bedroom was right on the stairs. Apart from the lack of sleep the hotel is well situated near the town centre and car park
