The Chef's Table offers a unique all day dining experience with delectable international culinary, notably features an array of seafood, tantalizing the palate with the tempting taste of international buffets and an extensive East meets West a la carte menu in the comfort of the chef's own brickwork home.
Table will be reserved once purchased, no reservations is needed. Spend over $500 for breakfast, lunch or tea may enjoy 2-hour free parking. Spend over $500 for dinner to enjoy 3-hour free parking. Extra hour at $50 per hour. Parking space on first come first served basis.

Starting July 1st, The Chef’s Table at Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Kowloon East embrace the summer vibe with new "Durian-themed" weekend afternoon tea buffet every Saturday, Sunday, and public holiday. The buffet features authentic dishes from Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia, guaranteed to leave a lasting impression. Durian lovers, don't miss out on the delectable sweet and savory treats made with fresh Thai Monthong durians.

Savory dishes: Thai Pandan Chicken, Tom Yum Kung Prawn Pasta, Durian Cheese Pizza. Singaporean Bak Kut Teh Station, Malaysian Crispy Turmeric Chicken, Vietnamese Crab Claw Spring Rolls, Singaporean Fried Raddish Cake, Accompanied by specialty salads and snacks like Thai Spicy Minced Pork Salad and Thai Spicy Boneless Chicken Feet
