Pick-up point in Hanoi (for guests booking the package with Limousine Transfer): hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter or Hanoi Opera House, No 1 Trang Tien, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi (for guests staying outside the Old Quarter)

Pick-up time: 8:00 AM in Hanoi Old Quarter

Drop-off time: 3:00 PM (2nd day of the tour)

You need to provide adequate personal information of all travelers for boarding procedures, including Passport number, nationality, gender, and visa validity

If you have any food allergies, please inform us in the Requests & Remarks section so we can prepare the proper food for you

Plastic bottles of water are not allow to bring aboard due to anti- plastic policy of Ha Long Management

If you choose the package with no transportation service, please fill in "No" in the Pick-up point section when booking to avoid misinformation

For Solo Traveler, please note that there is a single supplement to be applied (See Surcharge) - Fee to be paid directly on-site

Surcharge(s)

Traveller traveling alone or who wishes to use the entire cabin will be charged a fee of 2,150,000 VND/pax. In the case where 1 adult is accompanied by 1 child, it will be counted as 2 adults, and the difference must be paid compared to the previously purchased child's ticket. This fee will be paid directly on-site.

If you originally booked the tour on any holiday, the holiday surcharge is already included.
