Miyakojima is a popular tourist destination blessed with rich nature, including a beautiful coastline, white sand beaches, and underwater views of coral reefs.  Miyakojima may be famous for daytime activities, but the island also has much to offer after sunset. Enjoy a mystical world that can be experienced only at night with your family or partner.

A new activity that has recently been attracting attention all around the world, familiar on social media and TV commercials. Originating in Hawaii, it a trendy, new activity that involves standing on a board floating on water and paddling.
Ryugu Castle Pumpkin Hole (竜宮城パンプキンホール)
This is a very unusual limestone cave accessible only from the sea at low tide. As you enter the cave, you will see a large pumpkin-shaped stalactite from which the name, Pumpkin Hole, is derived. It is a truly natural stalactite formed by the precipitation of lime in the stratum of the earth over a long period of time. Climbing up to the Pumpkin Hole, you will find an even larger space where the limestone cave is like a terraced field.
