Kakunodate illumination will be guided during the period (scheduled to be held annually from around October 11th to November 24th). Please note that the illumination schedule may shift slightly depending on the peak viewing period.

Hotel arrival will be after dinner, so the estimated hotel arrival time is around 9:00 pm.

[Day 2: Hachimantai]

The peak viewing period for autumn leaves at the summit of Hachimantai is from late September to mid-October. If the peak viewing period has passed, we will guide you mainly to lower elevation areas where the leaves are at their peak

From early November (date TBD), the "Aspite Line" to the summit will be closed due to freezing conditions. In that case, the summit walk will be omitted
