Wi-Fi rental will be charged daily, starting from the departure date from Taiwan to the return date to Taiwan

A surcharge of NT$600 per day applies for exceeding the rental duration

— Pick-Up Info —

Pick up at Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport (TPE)/Taipei Songshan Airport (TSA): Visit the Pelican Express counter on the first day of the rental period

Delivered to your address one day before the rental period

Visit the Wi-Go Zhongxiao Dunhua office one day before the rental period

— Drop-Off Info —

Return at Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport (TPE)/Taipei Songshan Airport (TSA): Go to the Pelican Express counter on the last day of the rental period

Return the device on the following day of your return at the Wi-Go Storefront Zhongxiao Dunhua office (open 24 hours)

Ship back your device via 7–11. The shipment must be completed before 5:00 pm on the day following your return, and the fee must be paid by the sender

The booking must be made at least 4 days before your departure date. Please confirm your order and pick-up method with the customer service

If the late return of the device is caused by flight delay, please provide a flight certificate as proof to avoid a surcharge fee

Please do not put your portable WiFi device and power bank in the check-in luggage due to security restriction

Excessive video streaming or data consumption may cause slower or weaker signal reception

Wi-Fi device models are subject to availability on-site

Should there be any concerns or questions regarding the device, please contact us as soon as possible
