In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

Some packages are guaranteed for solo travelers, while others require a minimum of 4 participants to proceed. If the number of participants does not meet the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled or rescheduled. Notification of cancellation or change will be sent via email one day prior to departure

Reminder!! The A-Mei Teahouse experience is charged per person (NT$350 per guest). Therefore, all guests travelling in the same group who wish to enter the Teahouse must all purchase the A-Mei Teahouse experience

This itinerary is a group tour. Carpool vehicles are assigned according to the number of people. You can choose your seat freely. Parking spaces cannot be designated in advance. If your group places separate orders, please notify us in the "Requests & Remarks" section

When the number of people purchasing a Korean/Japanese tour guide is fewer than 16, the service will be provided in Chinese and English. Customer service will notify passengers one day before the departure date and refund the difference. Please pay attention before purchasing.

To provide a better travel experience, the guided language for this tour may be adjusted based on the actual number of participants. If there is a change in the language service, you will be notified one day before departure to help you prepare with peace of mind. Please read the tour details carefully before booking to enjoy a smooth and pleasant journey

If a 5 or 9-seater vehicle is used, no additional tour guide will be assigned. The driver-guide might use translation software to communicate

There's a 4-participant minimum requirement for itineraries B and C. If there are not enough participants, the tour will be cancelled or we will assist you to change to another group, and travellers will be notified 1 day in advance via e-mail

When purchasing Day Tour Itinerary A/B or /Night Tour, if the tour does not have enough participants who book the the Korean/Japanese tour guide, the guide language will become Chinese/English and there will be a price difference of TWD 300

Please arrive promptly at the meeting point 10–15 minutes prior to departure. Refunds and exchanges will not be granted to missed tours due to late arrivals

Please wear suitable clothes and shoes as Jiufen has many stairs

The actual itinerary and stop time at each attraction are dependent on the traffic conditions. Please follow the arrangements made on the day by your guide

If the day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or consecutive public holidays in Taiwan, and there is severe traffic congestion or other force majeure factors, the staff will adjust the itinerary based on the on-site situation. Some attractions may be canceled or replaced by extended time at other stops without prior notice. Thank you for your understanding.

The itinerary is subject to change or cancellation based on traffic, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances. If there's traffic control, travellers are required to take the public shuttle bus at their expense. Please follow the arrangements made on the day by your guide

Taiwan's law regulates that a bus cannot operate for more than 11 hours and must stop at and pick up and drop off passengers at locations within the law. To comply with safety regulations, please follow the guide's instructions for vehicle use

The suppliers reserve the right to modify or terminate the tour without prior notice at any time. Please refer to this product page for updated info

Children and adults are charged the same price for this tour. If a small vehicle is used for the tour, children under 4 years old are required d to use a car seat per Taiwan law. A car seat will be charged an additional NT$300, please note the need for a car seat in the remarks when booking and pay the driver on-site

Special Note: Yehliu Geopark will host the limited-time event [See the Queen’s Head Illuminated at Night] from June 28 to July 13, 2025. During this period, if the original night tour route does not meet the minimum number of participants, it will be merged with the special [See the Queen’s Head Illuminated at Night] itinerary. This special route will take priority, and participants will be required to pay the Yehliu Geopark admission fee (NT$250) on-site. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

If travelers are unable to depart due to flight cancellations caused by poor weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, please make sure to notify Traveloka at least one day before the scheduled departure of the tour. If notification is not provided in time, the vehicle will still be arranged as scheduled, and cancellation of the tour will not be accepted. We kindly ask for your understanding. Thank you

The itinerary and schedule are for reference only. In case of unexpected closures of attractions, holiday closures, or force majeure factors such as traffic or weather conditions that prevent visiting certain locations on the day of the tour, the tour guide will adjust the itinerary as needed, substituting or canceling attractions. Please regularly check the product page for any relevant notifications. No additional notice, refunds, or compensation will be provided. Thank you for your understanding

If fewer than 16 participants select Korean/Japanese guided service, the tour will be conducted in Chinese and English instead. Customer service will notify you one day before departure and refund the price difference for the language service

Itineraries B and C require at least 4 participants. If there are not enough participants, the tour will be cancelled or we will assist you to change to another group, and you will be notified via email the day before the departure

This is a shared tour and you will ride with other travellers. If your group places separate orders, please note it in the order remarks. The seats will be arranged based on the vehicle type and we appreciate your understanding if your group cannot sit together

If a 9- or 5-seater is dispatched for the tour, a tour guide will not be provided due to limited space. The staff on the day might use translation for communication.

Per local traffic regulation, every passenger must occupy a seat, so children are charged the same price as adults. Please make sure to provide the correct number of participants (including infants). If the number of participants on-site does not match the order info, resulting in issue with the departure, the staff has the right to refuse service and there will be no refund
