Step 1: Use the redeem code (Redeem Code) to book trains in advance online on the high-speed rail website

Step 2: Visit the high-speed rail website, change the site language with the option on the upper right corner, then go in "Order Management"

Step 3: In "Order Management," enter the "Exchange Number" and "Passport Number" that match the passenger information submitted during booking

Step 4: Select the correct passenger and click the "Redeem" button

Step 5: If you book an HSR Consecutive 3-Day Pass, please select the first boarding date. If you book an HSR Flexible 2-Day Pass, please select the first and the second boarding date

Step 6: Check the passenger list for this Reservation and click "Reservation"

Step 7: Choose your preferred "Boarding Date" and "Boarding Time," then click "Confirm"

Step 8: Select your desired train schedule and click "OK" to complete the reservation. You can also check for earlier or later trains if necessary
