  1. Kos sewa ditentukan oleh zon pengambilan/penghantaran, laluan, dan jenis kereta.
  2. Kos sewa tidak termasuk kos tol dan parkir. Kos tol dan parkir menjadi beban penumpang.
  3. Penumpang harus menanggung kos tambahan yang mungkin dikenakan ekoran pengubahan zon pengambilan atau penghantaran. Pembayaran mestilah dibuat dalam bentuk tunai secara terus kepada pemandu atau staf Ajak Jalan.
  4. Semua harga tertakluk pada perubahan tanpa sebarang notis.
  1. During booking, please ensure that you choose the appropriate pick-up time for your airport transfer.
  2. You are advised to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours prior to departure for international flights or 2 hours prior to departure for domestic flights. Timing your arrival at the airport according to this advisory will minimize the impact of risks such as traffic, route changes, or other delays.
  3. Please be informed that Traveloka is not liable for missed flights caused by inappropriate pickup times.
  4. For passengers traveling to the airport, lateness is tolerated up to a maximum of 30 minutes after the chosen pick-up time. Otherwise, the booking will be automatically cancelled and cannot be refunded.
  5. For passengers traveling from the airport, lateness is tolerated for a maximum of 60 minutes (for domestic arrivals) or 90 minutes (for international arrivals) after the chosen pick-up time. Passengers are required to pay a late fee of Rp. 50,000/hour after the time limit is exceeded.
  6. For conventional vehicles, the price includes the cost of fuel and airport parking fees. Toll fees are not included and must be borne by passengers.
  7. For electric vehicles, the price includes the cost of fuel, airport parking fees, as well as toll fees (except for JORR II toll fees).
  8. The standard baggage measurement for one item is 24 inches (43 x 23 x 63 cm). This includes suitcases, backpacks (carriers), and cardboard boxes. Strollers, wheelchairs, and folding bicycles, will be counted as two items.
  9. All luggage must be placed in the third row of the vehicle and should not block the rear view. Carry-on bags or backpacks smaller than 60 liters can be placed in the front row of the vehicle.
  10. Oversized luggage (above standard measurement), such as surfboards, non-folding bicycles, or sharp/hazardous objects that could cause damage are not permitted inside the vehicle.
  11. Passengers must follow the passenger and baggage limitation for the selected vehicle, as informed during booking.
  12. The driver has the right to refuse passengers bringing luggage not fulfilling the above requirements.
  13. If your pick-up is during rush hour (between 15:00 - 19:00) please expect a delay of 30 minutes. If the driver does not show up until then, please call Ajak Jalan at +62 813-3883-3386.
  14. If your flight is delayed, please call Ajak Jalan at +62 813-3883-3386 before boarding to get further confirmation.
  1. Penumpang harus mengikut bilangan maksimum penumpang dan bagasi yang ditetapkan semasa membuat tempahan.
  2. Penumpang dilarang merokok, serta membawa bahan berbau kuat dan/atau barangan berbahaya dalam kenderaan Ajak Jalan. Barangan berbahaya termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada barangan tajam, bahan mudah terbakar, bahan letupan, bahan kimia, bahan berbahaya, dan ubat terlarang.
  3. Penumpang tidak dibenarkan memandu kenderaan Ajak Jalan.
  4. Penumpang dilarang menggunakan perkhidmatan Ajak Jalan untuk kegiatan jenayah atau aktiviti haram.
  5. Penumpang bertanggungjawab terhadap akibat yang disebabkan pelanggaran polisi ini.
  1. Penjadualan semula hanya boleh dibuat selewat-lewatnya 3 jam sebelum masa menjemput.
  2. Jadual ulang berdasarkan ketersediaan kereta.
  3. Penjadualan semula adalah percuma. Walau bagaimanapun, jika terdapat perbezaan harga pada harga sewa antara jadual lama dan baru, perbezaan harga akan ditanggung oleh penumpang.
  1. Bayaran balik tidak tersedia untuk tempahan pengangkutan lapangan terbang Ajak Jalan yang dibuat melalui Traveloka.
