Terma & Syarat Elephant Airport Express

Polisi Tempahan

1. Children aged 3 years and above must buy full price adult tickets.
2. Price already includes fuel, toll, parking fees, and taxes.
3. Passengers traveling from the airport are advised to choose a shuttle schedule that departs at least 1 hour after their flights’ arrival. This is to make sure passengers have enough time to board the shuttle after completing the disembarkation processes (e.g. going through immigration, baggage claim, customs).
4. Passengers must check in at Elephant Airport Express counter at the departure point Suvarnabhumi Airport on 1st Floor between Exit 7 and Exit 8, at least 30 minutes before departure time.
5. Passengers must bring their Traveloka vouchers to check in.
6. If your flight is delayed, please contact Elephant Airport Express Center at +66 61 419 0774 or Line: @airportexpress to reschedule.
7. The booking code written in the voucher issued by Traveloka is a valid proof for passengers to board the Elephant Airport Express shuttle. The voucher also serves as a valid proof for passenger claims in the case of errors by Elephant Airport Express.
8. Elephant Airport Express will provide services according to the details written in the voucher issued by Traveloka.
9. Passengers traveling to the airport must board the shuttle at the boarding location and time as written in the voucher.
10. If the passenger fails to arrive at the specified boarding point on time, the booking will be canceled and cannot be refunded.
11. Seats will be assigned directly when boarding the Elephant Airport Express shuttle.
12. Passengers cannot change their drop-off location during the trip as the luggages are arranged in order according to the drop-off stop, passengers must drop-off the shuttle at the drop-off location as written in the voucher.

Larangan

1. Penumpang dilarang merokok dalam kenderaan.
2. Penumpang dilarang membawa barangan berbahaya (cth. barangan tajam, bahan mudah terbakar, bahan letupan, bahan kimia, bahan berbahaya, dan ubat terlarang), bahan berbau kuat, haiwan, atau barangan lain yang mungkin menyebabkan ketidakselesaan penumpang lain.
3. Penumpang tidak dibenarkan memandu kenderaan Elephant Airport Express.
4. Penumpang dilarang menggunakan perkhidmatan Elephant Airport Express untuk kegiatan jenayah atau aktiviti haram.
5. Penumpang bertanggungjawab terhadap akibat yang disebabkan pelanggaran Terma dan Syarat Elephant Airport Express.
