Hilton Cabo Verde Sal Resort

Facilities were all good, but the food and service were both very mediocre. Tourism on the island is still very much developing.

Very nice hotel. Everything was as expected. Hotel stuff super friendly, hospital and always very helpful. I really can recommend "The Bounty" beach restaurant which belongs to the hotel, probably the the best in the area.

Nice hotel with great staff. The main beach restaurant was closed as they had a private party which was a disappointment as we wanted to book for a birthday dinner.

The staff helped us out so much! Fabulous.

Fantastic hotel with very clean rooms, facilities, and grounds. Service was exceptional and I will be staying here again next time I'm on the island!

when I arrived there was no welcome. no one takes your bags, they don't give you information, they are very very disorganized, the restaurants in the structure are a disaster, the staff doesn't pay attention to anything. you wait for everything for a very long time. I left the structure and the island two days before and I was very pissed off. it's expensive and I don't recommend it to anyone

Great people, no stress!

Wir hatten eine Suite mit Meersicht, ein wirklich wunderschönes Zimmer, das sich v.a. dank der grossen windgeschützten Terrasse sehr empfiehlt. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, aber wenig kompetent.

Hotel was okay, perhaps a 5 star resort but possibly not a 5 star hotel

This is not a 5 star. It’s a 4 star at best on a good day. The food is mediocre. It only has 1 buffet restaurant (I got sick one night after eating there and I never get sick). The other restaurant the Bounty has better food than the buffet, however it doesn’t matter what you order it all pretty much taste the same and plated with the same garnish. The grilled food is loaded with butter from a tin that is used for seafood, meats and crustaceans. If you have a food allergy …. I wouldn’t eat there. I expect the same goes for the buffet The 5 star service a 5 star traveler expect is non existent. The property is only 7 years old and it looks like it’s about 20 years old. You will receive nothing that makes you believe you are at a 5 star property. You will not have robes and slippers in your room. Your minibar will have 2 bottles of water. You will receive no welcome gifts or even a bellboy to offer to bring your luggage to your room. Or an offer to bring your luggage from the room. After spending 1 night in an unconditioned room, I expected some sort of complimentary item from the hotel. I don’t even think that crossed their minds. You are probably better off going with a 3 or 4 star compared for the price. It’s absolutely not worth the stay.

Sicuramente non all’altezza di un albergo a 5 stelle. Servizio svogliato e non attento. Su 5 volte che hanno rifatto la camera, portati via asciugamani ma non consegnati quelli puliti. Lenzuola mai cambiate in 9 giorni. Frigo bar completamente vuoto. Addirittura ti consigliano di andare a fare la spesa. Cibo pessimo. Poca scelta. Molto caro. Ristorante non alla carta peggio di una mensa scolastica e comunque caro. Se per due giorni metti conto sulla camera, al terzo ti arriva una lettera che ti intima di saldare tutto. Insomma per essere un Hilton (ed una delle strutture più care dell’isola) più paragonabile ad un villaggio di terza categoria.

Ficamos uma noite e apanhamos uma festa local que incomodou um pouco mas nada a apontar. Em geral gostamos imenso!

Très belle chambre mais surtout une vue jardin, plus que vue mer. Neamoins tres belle chambre, peesonnel accueillant et efficace. En bord de plage (mais plage très large, ou l’absence de vue mer) Distàce de marche du centre ville. Excellent petit dejeuner.

Everything you could wish for in a beach holiday to relax with in warm and sunny climate. Clean, sandy beaches. Beautiful hotel pool. Excellent food and staff service.

Cadre superbe et assez proche du centre touristique. Excellent séjour au Hilton je recommande.
