It was ok but there was hair in my bed and they didn’t give the correct bed layout that was paid for and got a smaller room

Good breakfast, specious clean room, clean but weird bath though. Good internet, close to the main square (7-8 minutes walking). First time I saw hotel to promote Islam (see picture).

Overall, this hotel provided a satisfactory experience during my five-night stay. However, I believe it falls short of its advertised four-star rating and would more aptly be classified as a decent three-star hotel. While there are positive aspects to highlight, such as the spacious rooms and comfortable beds, several issues detracted from the overall experience. n the first night, the absence of functioning air conditioning in the room made it very uncomfortable to sleep. Lapses in basic housekeeping, with missing toiletries and unattended cleanliness issues. Although these problems were reported to the reception, they persisted throughout the stay. (ie missing toilet paper one night, another night no soaps or hand towels, etc) Regarding the bathroom, while it boasted ample space and cleanliness, the design of the wet room-style shower led to water splattering outside the designated area, posing safety hazards and necessitating additional towel usage, contradicting the hotel's eco-friendly claims. Breakfast offered a decent variety, but temperature issues detracted from the dining experience( it was either very hot or too cold). Malfunctioning equipment, such as the toaster (not working properly) and buffet heating trays (not being used - hence no hot food), required constant assistance from staff, indicating a lack of maintenance and organisation. I would classify it as a competent three-star establishment, failing to meet the expectations set by its previous reviews.

Good location with only 10 mins walk to main square. Plenty of shops and restaurants around. The front of the building and reception area are done up really nicely and clean. The room was large with a fridge and hair dryer in bathroom (no tea/ coffee facilities). Shower didn't have great power but lovely and warm. My room wasn't cleaned very well as I found hairs in the bathroom and the carpets were unclean. The bed was really comfy and I slept well, and I didn't hear any outside noise. The staff were mostly really friendly (apart from 1, but I think we had a language barrier). Didn't pay for breakfast so can't comment on it.

An excellent hotel in the center of the town. Doni was extremely nice upon my check in. I didn’t have any Lek with me and he settled my taxi bill with driver.

Mooi hotel, aardig personeel. Redelijk in het centrum. Alles op loopafstand. Alleen ontbijtbuffet werd slecht bijgevuld. Verder prima!!

The staff here are fantastic. The shower could be cleaned better, but overall a good room with a comfortable bed and good linens. The breakfast staff are incredibly nice, clean, and do the best they can...probably with a limited budget.

decent and clean hotel in strategic location ...rooms were spacious clean with new furniture and smart TV ....strong free WiFi and very helpful staff ....the only drawback was related to breakfast

Dette hotellet er rent og rommet er stort og komfortabelt. Det har fri Netflix! Det er kort vei å gå til sentrum, nesten rett rundt hjørnet. Trivelig betjening.

Great small, but cosy hotel, 300-400 meters from Skenderbeg square and some nice restaurants. Reception was open 24 hours, which is very convenient when you check in around midnight. Also, even though breakfast is available only after 7am, they prepared a special breakfast bag for my early morning flight at 4am. What a kind gesture! So for my next visit to Tirana, I already know a perfect place...

A great hotel with good breakfast at good location. However number of the address was not accurate.

I would happily recommend this hotel. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable, and it was just a short walk to the central square.
