Great retreat, helpful staff, everyone did a great job despite of the high occupancy of the hotel during our stay. The breakfast buffet was great, special thanks to the patisserie chef for the great taste and wide variety. Dinner Buffet was great too, but the hotel needs to include basic drinks to the buffet, at least water should be added. Perfect clean large pool. Do not get a pool view room if you will feel discomfort from the music at the pool and wedding venues at night. Special thanks to Mr. Karim for actively solving any issues.

Ein wunderschöner grandioser Pool mit fantastische Gastfreundschaft. Leider sind die Zimmer Etwas veraltet. Auch das Bad wirkt überholungsbedürftig.

Stayed 1 night at the Hilton Kings Ranch, on a business trip to Alexandria. Great standards maintained all across. Nice and comfortable room, great gym, choice of restaurants. I was unable to make use of the array of other facilities, but i am sure this is a great stay for a weekend or more to relax and unwind. Excellent staff and front desk, professional and friendly. Special mention of Rawa for a smooth and efficient checkout, and conceirge Gamal for a courteous service. When i return to Alexandria, this will be my first choice for the stay.

Unfortunately, my stay at the hotel was not pleasant. The air conditioning was extremely loud, and the filters were dirty, causing a bad smell in the room. I had to keep the balcony door open all night just to get some fresh air, even though it was noisy outside. Additionally, the pillows were not clean, and I had to wait for almost an hour to get fresh ones. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Un séjour magique et inoubliable en famille ! Notre séjour dans cet hôtel a été tout simplement extraordinaire. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une chaleur et un professionnalisme rares, ce qui a immédiatement posé les bases de cette expérience mémorable. Les enfants ont eu l'incroyable surprise de rencontrer le Père Noël, qui leur a non seulement apporté des sourires, mais aussi des cadeaux personnalisés pour chacun d’eux (5 enfants ravis !). Ce moment restera gravé dans leurs souvenirs, et dans les nôtres. L'un des atouts majeurs de cet hôtel est sans aucun doute son personnel exceptionnel. Leur attention aux détails, leur bienveillance et leur souci constant du bien-être des clients font toute la différence. Nous souhaitons adresser un remerciement particulier à Arwa pour son efficacité et sa gentillesse lors du check-in, à Noal Nouran pour la fluidité et le sourire lors du check-out, ainsi qu'à Ahmed Abdelkader du Lounge, accompagné de ses collègues dont le professionnalisme et la bonne humeur ont marqué notre séjour (même si nous n'avons malheureusement pas retenu tous leurs noms). En résumé, cet hôtel est une véritable pépite que nous recommandons vivement à toute personne souhaitant vivre une expérience à la fois luxueuse, chaleureuse et inoubliable. Nous y reviendrons sans hésitation !

I had to pay more than the price listed To get the room that I already chose on Expedia and payed in advance it was too stressful They try to extract as much money they can Eating was not fun at all Limited amounts . they serve you so you have to be in line to get your food . no juice You have to pay extra for juice I was really surprised and disappointed

I stayed there for three days. The housekeeper cleaned every day, but paint dust kept falling from the ceiling. No hot water came out, only lukewarm water.
