Complejo Turistico Americano

De modo geral, é um hotel regular. O espaço é bem arborizado e lindo, aconchegante. No entanto, não pega wifi nos quartos, o que comprometeu a nossa estadia, já que precisávamos resolver algumas coisas do trabalho que demandavam internet. O café da manhã é bom.

Nice clean hotel. There were no towels in the rooms.

The room was clean, the breakfast was limited. Internet is only available in common areas.

Niceplace w cool pool. Awesome to relax and chill to see Iguaza Falls. The Largest in The World!

The property needs extensive maintenance and renovation, the front desk staff are extremely rude, the room was dirty and the bed very uncomfortable and the bed frame broke

El hotel es lindo, pero sus habitaciones son muy viejas, el cuarto huele a humedad y el baño estaba demasiado sucio, lleno de moho en las paredes y cortinas, la comida de la carta no nos gusto para nada y es costosa para lo que es. El desayuno bastante malo, no hay variedad de fruta, no hay huevo, solamente cosas de panadería. La verdad este hotel no nos gusto, no nos hicieron aseo en el cuarto, según ellos por que no dejamos las llaves en la recepción, cosa que nunca nos dijeron. La atención en recepción es muy buena los chicos que atienden allí son muy amables y serviciales.

Buen hotel para disfrutar en familia. Tiene bonita zona de juegos para niños. Muy buena comida. Y la atención es muy buena.

El wifi no funciona en las habitaciones, ni tampoco funciona bien en los restaurantes. Tenía que ir a la recepción por señal. Las habitaciones tampoco cuentan con tomacorrientes visibles y la limpieza es deficiente.

empezamos mal,con ustedes que son muy capciosas sus ofertas. me cobraron el 21 % de interés. Las ofertas son en pesos pero cuando se abona la pasas a dolares. Confié en ustedes ya que lo había contratado en otro viaje. con respecto a Las cabañas nos cambiaron 1 vez las toallas en 5 dias. y del parquizado del entorno de la cabaña los pastos eran de 40 cm de altura

I was satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The value I got for the price I paid was definitely justified. However, there are a few things to keep in mind. This must have been a real fancy resort but it's old now. They have a nice pool, a restaurant, and other amenities. The pool was lively when I stayed but the rest of the amenities weren't well-taken care of. The internet speed is good around the pool but the signal is very weak in and around the rooms. I asked about this and they informed me that Wi-fi isn't available in rooms. So keep that in mind. I would recommend it as long as you keep in mind that this place isn't renovated recently.

Na chegada ao hotel com funcionarios muito mal educados não achavam a reserva, depois que acharam queriam me cobrar novamente dizendo que não estava paga mesmo eu apresentando comprovante no app, depois com muita discussão arrumaram o quarto estava sujo e com muitos bichos, pedi pra limparem e nada foi feito, o ar condicionado não estava funcionando e eles disseram que nada podia fazer.

The manager of the hotel is rude and disrespectful. They charge for fees that are not listed. At the check in they take photocopy of every page of the passport for every person that stays in the room even for minors with the only explanation that Expedia ask them to do that because they have to check Your legal status in the country like some kind of police. Rooms were updated and dirty there were cockroaches and even a scorpion. Room has no phone to contact room service and you have a very long walk to the reception over a path that has no light at all. Pool had frogs inside of it and the floor was green. Restaurant has not too much choices of food. No maintenance at all in every area of the hotel. The only good thing was the person in charge of the excursions and mobility that was helpful and courteous. Wouldn’t recommend it at all. This is not a 3 star hotel. At night we had to put towels at the bottom of the room door so bugs and cockroaches don’t come inside of the room.

Mycket fin omgivning och toppenbra frukost. Hotellets middagsbuffé var också mycket bra! Slitna rum som luktade mögel.

Alles was aanwezig op deze locatie: minimart, restaurant, zwembad en behulpzame receptie. De hotelkamers zijn ondergebracht in een soort van huisjes. Modern, ruime douche, lekkere bedden maar wel iets gehorig.

Me fue muy bien en la estadia , muy buen desayuno, se desbordo la cena de gente y no fue tan buena y organizada

Una experiencia fantástica, el complejo es ideal para ir con pareja o en familia ya que tiene todas las comodidades. El personal es atento y muy amables. Dentro del complejo tienen un mercadito, restaurante, sala de juegos, un negocio para la compra de recuerdos y agencia turismo (tuvimos un problema con las excursiones que contratamos en córdoba para Iguazu, pero Maxi nos lo soluciono de inmediato ), es fantástico. Sin dudas volvería

En general todo bien. Falta un poco de mantenimiento en las partes de aire libre. La cena que es buffet una sola clase de carne y mala calidad, el parquisado para los chicos muy bueno.
