Don’t leave your drinks in the fridge otherwise the staff there will help them selves to it.

Great value hotel, a short distance from the centre but at a great price. I stayed 5 nights and the AC didnt work the first night, which wad awful. But it got replaced the next day which made me give a good review.

Hotellet var bra och platsen var bra. Det var som dålig receptionen som ej trevliga. Service personalen mycket bättre. Frukost var okje. Värsta var badrummet som hade avlopp stopp och berättade till receptionen många gånger och de skickar personalen som torkar bara golvet och därför hade vi äcklig lukt. Tack och lov att hade vi stannat på hotellet bara under kort tid. Vi hade mycket aktiviteter .

This was a good property at a good location.

To my Navy family, there is a 14 minutes drive to Naval Station. You are better off choosing another property. This property is dirty and poorly managed. Rooms don't get service (at least for the 3 nights we were there).Dirty carpet in the hallways as you walk out of the elevator, we were on the 3rd floor.Trash piled up by the trash cans next to the elevator as guests were taking out their own trash outside of the room and the smell was gross. We had to take our own trash out during the whole stay as well. Cigarette butt was next to our room door for the whole time we were there. They shorten the breakfast time in the middle of our stay without notice, and their breakfast area becomes a mess and things ran out during breakfast time without having someone to keep it clean and/or refilling it. Cant believe this is associated with Hilton properties. On top of all of these the manager is condescending with no customer satisfaction skills. The only positive point is the location with respect to shoping and restaurants. In all fairness, the hotel staff and front desk people I had interaction with were nice. I have pictures to proof everything I said but there is no button to upload them.

Was second time we been there, first time we got a family room, the service was OK, reception guy was fantastic that's why we went back second time unfortunately he wasn't there anymore, First day I was confronted by a cleaner. She thought I wasn't from the hotel and her approach was very rude, she shouldn't be working there. But I understand is a wife of a comanager or worker from reception, very unprofessional in that way... Always cold water in the shower even after complaining seems they turn hot water off. Breakfast buffet was very poor, raw boiled eggs they cudnt even do that properly they just don't care at all. That hotel went to worse in the last 6 months

Отдыхали с семьей в марте. В целом отель стоит своих денег. Из плюсов номер большой, 2 спальни и большой хол с диваном и телевизором. Ванная комната также большая, даже есть джакузи, правда пользоваться ей полноценно мы не решились, сама ванна с трещинами. Кондиционер один на весь номер, причем в таком состоянии, что включать его мы тоже не рискнули. Завтраки оставляют желать лучшего, есть нечего :(.Мы один раз сходили, в остальные дни и не думали туда идти. Персонал отеля очень хороший, всегда готовы помочь.

Really nice please. We had problem with lights and they fixed it as soon as we told them. Clean pool. Clean place. Nice staff. Negative stuff: There's a lot of dogs close by barking and the breakfast is not that good.

хороший отель! находится в шаговой доступности от памятника Мать-Армении, там же рядом парк аттракционов. на заднем дворе бассейн, ради него и выбирали этот отель изначально! оправдал на 100%. правда, в номере за 3 дня уборку не делали, комплект полотенец был на одного гостя, а одноразка на двоих. Завтрак включён, но выбор невелик, как пожелание - добавьте кашу на воде хотя бы.... в стандартном номере большая кровать, кондиционер, холодильник, очень тихо. рекомендую для остановки!

Good hotel, but may need to use a taxi to get to the city center, unless you’re like me and enjoy the hike up the Cascade and on up the hill

First of all I book deluxe with queen bed and given me tween bed I told them is not the room I booked then they show me another room wich it was double bed but smelled bad,I was very tired I sleep two days in the tween bed very uncomfortable.Finnaly after my complaints I've got another room wich resemble the room I booked.the girls tried to make it comfortable,the shower didn't working well,plus one day they putt cigarette smoking towels in my bathroom.The location is not suitable for walking to go to the city,you have to take taxi or squise yourself in other means of transportation.

Впечатления от пребывания в этом отельчике только положительные. Не знаю, читала отрицательные отзывы в инете, о наличии запахов в ванной, грязных полотенцах и плохих завтраках, не правда, возможно, люди сталкивались с данным, но во время нашего 3дневного пребывания этого не было. Персонал приветливый, встречала Розанна на ресепшине, приятная девушка номер предоставили 305, да, не люкс в пятерке, но люди, мы приезжаем гулять и знакомиться с красотами города, а не номера, да и это трешка цена-качество более чем соответствует, все чисто, доп. попросили чайник в номер, без проблем,и вообще все вопросы здесь решаемы, завтраки отличные, и персонал оставил только положительные впечатления. Недалеко от центра, на такси 600 драм, обратно 1000, это так для общ. сведения, берите такси и гуляйте , знакомьтесь,отдыхайтесь, цены здесь оч. Приемлемые. Улыбайтесь почаще и позитив гарантирован, люди в ереване в основном оч. приветливые и отзывчивые, все подскажут ,если возникнет необходимость.

We arrived late evening due to a flight delay, we were given room 401, initially it looked ok, very very basic but clean, went to bed then it started, there is some sort of dog breeder next to the hotel and the dogs barked all night, it seemed like 50/60 dogs all barking, this happened the next two nights as well, we should have asked to be moved but I doubt it would have made any difference. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was okay, typical local food. The hotel is a distance out off town, near the war museum and Karabakh rep for a visa, due to prices a taxis is only 1000 dram to town. Lots of inexpensive local restaurants and bars, far cheaper than central Yerevan. The locals are very friendly. It was ok but the noise from the dogs would put me off staying again

Friendly staff. Enjoyed the breakfast. Hope to return someday.
