This is a boutique hotel where I felt treated like a friend. They run out to collect your bags, offer you the upgrade you deserve. The rooms on both bookings were spacious & light. Breakfast was really special for a smaller establishment. To offer cooked eggs for breakfast was just special. Svetlana, Artushan and other looked after my every request. As a mature age solo traveller it was great to stay at such a welcoming hotel. When I came back from my overnight trip away to Goris, they welcomed me back & settled me quickly into my room. I was tired and they gave me a welcoming drink. I’d highly recommend this hotel!

This is a lovely hotel. Well located close to Republica Square & 15-20min walk from The Cascades. My upgraded room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I found the staff went, “above & beyond their normal duties” to help me with my every need. Svetlana & her male colleague were especially thoughtful. The breakfast was excellent and to offer eggs cooked to your needs, is a pleasure to see. I did feel amenities such as a shower cap (each day), a vanity set, a toothbrush & a bathrobe would have been a benefit. I appreciated the upgrade & VIP Access perk re 20% off one restaurant meal. I would recommend this venue to my friends.

Friendly staff, well located in Yerevan, however, breakfast add-on of 8000 per person which equates to 28$ CAD is on the ecxaferated side for Armenia, so is laundry service fees. Loud ventilation system and uncomfortable beds with hard cheap thin mattresses.

Very well located though it was a bit difficult to find the entrance at first, staff is very friendly and very helpful. The room is a bit small but was very comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Nice modern hotel in excellent central location and walking distance to everything. Great staff and modern clean room and facilities. The air conditioning system in the building works but is not “cold”- it just gets the job done. Our first room, even after waiting 2+ hours never cooled off and was unbearably warm. The hotel staff were super helpful and understanding and did the best they could which was to give us another room which was much better and manageable but still not “very cool” - it was just at the level of ok considering the very hot weather. The staff were excellent and accommodating with recommendations and reservations. One thing to note is that only black coffee was included in the breakfast- lattes were only served for an additional fee which was kind of surprising for a 4 star hotel.
