From the moment I called 2 days prior to arrival, to the moment we checked out, Ross- (owner) was incredible, the property is divine. We had a 2 bedroom suite, kitchenette, lounge and dining area, everything was spotlessly clean, and well maintained, being an older building, there was not a thing you could fault.
We were on the balcony level, looking out to the sea, and although it rain for much of our 4 night stay, the view was exceptional.
With keen fisherman with us, it was literally a matter of crossing the road, then you're on the sand, standing before ocean.
We will definitely be back, and I will be recommending this property to guests at the hotel I work at in Canberra, who are looking forward a coastal getaway.

I enjoyed my stay the beds were very comfy and water in the shower was hot. Basic amenities which covered what I want, tea coffee microwave and air conditioning. Although the air conditioner looked like it needed a clean a lot of dust built up on it. Overall I would recommend this place.

The room was very clean on booking site rooms say balcony but only upstairs rooms have balcony downstairs rooms have table and chairs outside rooms not a balcony the motel is clean comfy and very quiet but outdated but we would stay there again

We stayed for 2 nights at the motor inn in Batmans Bay. The motor inn is a short walk from the main shopping area. Our room was large but then there were only two of us and it would be tight if there were 3 people. The motor inn is very dated and a lack of upkeep in the general yard area. There were tall weeds everywhere and debris in the pool and not inviting. The rooms were very dated and only updated where needed with lots of dust on windows and ledges. The towels need to be replaced as they may have been clean but were totally covered in thread pulls.

Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and tidy and the beds comfortable. The rooms were also quiet with the windows closed despite being on the main drag.
Only down side was that on our second night and the day of checkout we had no hot water so couldn't take a shower! Reception didn't open until 08:00am and we left well before that so couldn't do anything about it.
Otherwise a good place stay, walking distance to shops etc and right across from the water.

When I asked about the air con’s operations the Manager without hesitation, immediately came & checked it with me - great service.
This is a stand- alone facility, not part of a big Chain, so the Manager should be congratulated.
