Stayed 30/7 - great room! Stayed 1/8- ridiculous room. Advertised with king bed, was a bed that needed a stepladder to get on, no space either side of the bed. No TV, no fridge, no kettle, still $229 for the night. Very disappointed, and very squeezy! Need to change booking information for these matchbox room.

Unbelievable that an airport hotel, which must see numerous changes to bookings due to flight cancellations etc, would not show compassion for a family death and allow a change of date, credit voucher, or refund. Shame on Atura. Last time we stay there.

The new rooms have been cut in half. Smaller than a closet. No water no coffee. Still $300. What a rip off. Been staying here for years, will not stay here anymore. So uncomfortable for the price

The room was too small, the bed was the width of the room and you had to climb over the bed to get in. this required alot of effort.
there was not bar fridge no coffee or tea making facilities, nowhere to sit comfortably. Very disappointing

The perfect spot to stay for that early morning flight. Slept like a baby as the bed was comfortable and the room very quiet. So convenient to the airport. 5 minutes from room to check in. Will be utilizing on our next visit to Adelaide.
