Lokasi yang hebat, betul-betul di tengah-tengah, sangat mudah untuk perjalanan. Bilik baru, lengkap. Dapur, mesin basuh, pengering adalah sangat mudah. Tingkat 33 mempunyai kolam renang, jakuzi, sauna, gimnasium moden yang serba lengkap. Secara keseluruhan, ia hebat, tiada apa yang perlu dirungut. Saya akan memilih tempat ini untuk perjalanan saya yang seterusnya.

Todo ha ido muy bien, el apartamento limpio, amplio, grande y con muy buenas vistas, el único pero es que estaba helado y hasta el último día prácticamente no hemos tenido una temperatura agradable. El apartamento es muy grande para un aparato de aire acondicionado

Every detail was covered and our welcome friendly, informative and seamless. Beds are comfortable, views amazing(especially at night), train and bus service within metres of the property at Southern Cross Station. We had an issue with an old super noisy heat pump but when I phoned reception they immediately moved us to another room. Nothing was too much bother. The car parking is a very reasonable price and in a secure building attached to the hotel. A very comfortable stay in clean, comfortable and well equipped accommodation.

Communication with staff prior to arrival was excellent, especially as we were arriving late, and the after-hours check-in process was straightforward with clear instructions. The location was very convenient, with trams right outside and plenty of nearby dining options. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return!

The view from our room was fantastic One issue was the bathrooms flooded after each shower. Drier did not work well to dry floor mats. We paid money to open the other bathroom only to find it very dirty and dusty. The toilet was not cleaned, the drawers to basin had water marks on them. Tv didn’t work 99% of the time it would just drop in and out. Only 1 of the 2 toilets was accessible, it would be ok, but the door of the accessible toilet would not close or have any lock options. Otherwise it was a nice clean apartment, the lifts were a little difficult but it look like a couple were being serviced during our stay.

My family of 3 had amazing one week stay in 2 bedroom apartment. everything we needed was available from kitchen to washing machine. Views are excellent. location is perfect. Totally recommend to families travelling with young kids.
