Great value for money with million $ view. Breakfast included was a pleasant surprise & very quick service. Rooms very practical & beds super comfy & clean. Would definitely choose to stay here again

The View was absolutely stunning. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast which was included was very nice. Just what we needed before a long road trip. We will definitely be returning.

Good location, nice size room. Interior is showing its age, has potential - but owners should consider an upgrade. Regardless of the wear and tear, we slept well - AC works flawlessly.

weird smell, blood on the doona, blood spot on hand towel, table and chair were greasy, noisy guest playing loud music to 2am, I've stay here many times, this was the worst by far...

we stayed in the room opposite the car park door 1st floor , the shower tiles where filthy all round the bottom of the shower, the bathroom door hinges had been fixed and there was orange dust residue all over the floor in the bathroom , at least 3 cigarette stubs on the balcony , bed was comfy and all kitchen utensils clean , breakfast was really good , unfortunately there are residents that live here and take all the parking spaces so absolutely nowhere to park other than at the very top of a very steep hill , pool area was to be desired bit grubby and very dated , we arrived late and was for one night took us an hour to find parking we was in a hire car so didn't feel safe dumping it anywhere , there is a multi storey a few streets away for free parking but we wasn't told this by reception which was a bit frustrating after a long journey . Sorry wouldn't recommend at all and suggest they find new cleaners .

The room was very clean and well appointed. The elevator was quick. We never waited for long. The breakfast was excellent and sustained us for much of the day. The location was superb. The beach was in front and a good selection of bars and eateries were all within walking distance.

Check in was easy, the suite was beautiful. The location is amazing with gorgeous views of the harbour and beaches. There are stairs and no elevator so if you have limitations you need to consider that. It is walking distance to the grocery store and town. We will be staying here again!

Room was clean but needs to be updated. View was good and the breakfast was good. Location is great. Allocated parking would be good and height restrictions for parking 2 is incorrect due to unlevel concrete making the height less. So be caution.

So convenient to explore Yeppoon
