The room was clean and fresh smelling. Staff were friendly on the phone and very helpful during our comunications. I didn't phisically interact with staff as we arrived late and left early on our leave day.

We stayed in a nicely renovated comfortable queen studio room. The view was amazing and sunny until around midday. Great location, right in the middle of town. Close to restaurants and the beach. No issues with parking on site. Breakfast was included which was a bonus. Small things that could be improved. No coat hangers, we did ask but none appeared. No microwave jug or bowl. Nothing to clean the fry pan with only a dishcloth and only one sachet of dishwashing detergent for a three night stay. Breakfast is only served between 7-8, a very short timeframe.

Great staff, lovely breakfast, nice room, limited parking, no proper disability parking or wheelchair access after-hours. Overall stay was pretty good otherwise. It said on website that it was wheelchair accessible which is only half true.

This review does not reflect the staff they were great, but the shower was so small one shoulder was touching the glass and the other was touching the wall you couldn’t turn around, the range hood was falling apart between the vanity and the wall was disgusting had not been cleaned we had 1/2 roll of toilet paper maintaince was lacking I think

Comfy bed, clean room, lovely and hot shower and magic views of Great Keppel Island and more. Big breakfast included in price.Parking can be an issue. Unfortunately the Saturday night we stayed the nightclub opposite pumped til 2a.m, poor form on there behalf. Overall, we had a great stay and staff were brilliant.

Apartment needs a bit of TLC and upgrade. They placed the double bed underneath a shelf. We were afraid we'd hit our head on the shelf if we got up, leaning against the wall was impossible..we moved the bed! View was amazing though and staff was good! Great breakfast too.

Sensational views which was lucky as the bathroom was disgusting. It was kind of partially renovated with no door frame, broken tiles, mould and was very dirty. It was unsafe with sharp edges and shouldn’t have been sold. If you choose to stay here, ask about the condition of the room but particularly the bathrooms.
