Great location handy to theme parks and Surfers We had a 3 bedroom plenty of room property a little dated but great for a family holiday Would definitely stay there again They are gradually doing apartments up a prime location great views of beachfront and city

We had a fabulous 9 day stay in the Penthouse lovely and roomy for 4 adults and 2 children. It is the perfect location by the beach at Labrador, out from Surfers Paradise. See the big Pelicans come in for feeding everyday at 1pm at the lagoon - 3 mins walk. Grand Hotel for good food around the corner

Relaxing quiet stay with variety of dining options

This apartment is awesome. next to ocean and beaches. the view is absolutely wonderful. Within minutes we can walk to the beach. Shopping is also very convenient. Harbour Town Biggera Shopping Centre is only 8 mins drive. Also super close to Movie World, Sea World, within 20 mins drive. Also the kitchen, shower, washer, dryer were quite good and convenient. The apartment was in clean and good condition. The only issue was just one split aircon in the living room, there was no aircon in bedrooms, made it really hot and humid to sleep in hot summer nights.

Very clean and enough space to enjoy the stay. Parking spots are also very specious and easy to get in and out.

Views are nice and the really spacious, but we stayed during a storm and did find the unit was very very loud

The property had a great location. Very accessible, very clean and the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Kitchen was great with all the utensils needed supplied, dining and lounge were very comfortable. Just a couple of small issues in other parts of the room. As a resident of Cairns Nth Qld, not having air conditioning in the bedrooms was a little uncomfortable on the humid nights, the laundry tub was placed in such a way that it almost rendered it inaccessible and the actual washing machine either needs replacing or servicing has it sounded like V8 supercar. Overall, we very much enjoyed our time at Beaconlea. Would definitely stay again if we travelled to the Gold Coast in winter. If a/c was added to the bedrooms, we'd be back in the summer as well.

Beautiful 3-bedroom apartment with stunning views. Excellent location and a heated pool for the kids to swim in. Penthouse has full kitchen, en-suite in master bedroom, washer and dryer and plenty of room on the double balcony to relax and reflect.

Wonderful stay stunning apartment with secure parking. Also excellent view of the bay! Also very friendly and helpful reception staff who kindly watched out for us arriving as I didn’t realise reception closed at 5pm. I booked very last minute then was without WiFi so really appreciated that they accommodated our late arrival without prior notification.

Loved our stay here. Our apartment was very spacious and had a great view outside! Bathrooms were a bit worn and could use some updating. Ceiling fan in the master bedroom doesn’t work on the highest setting and even having it on medium was still really slow. Thankfully, our stay wasn’t too hot, but I would imagine it would make for a very uncomfortable sleep on much warmer days. Other than those things, it had everything we needed and more. We will definitely be coming back when we visit again ☺️

The location and service are great but that is where anything nice ends. These apartments are decrepit and a time warp into the 70's, except everything is broken and run down. The carpet is disgustingly dirty so we had to leave our shoes on the whole time. The oven takes an hour to preheat and the sink had massive 6+ inch cracks in the bottom of it and around the top. And don't get me started on the ant problem! Thousands of them swarm the benches just looking for a crumb. The real issue of safety is the old water tank and the temperature changing every 20-30 seconds. It is not safe for anyone under 12 as it turns to scalding and is very hard to adjust and then it goes freezing and the tank only lasts for 5 minutes. Not safe and our friend had to get in the shower with her 10 year old as he kept getting scalded This is unacceptable and should have been rectified a long time ago. Now onto the curtains. They are so threadbare with thousands of holes in them that it looks like hundreds of bullet holes and in no way offers shade from the sun. They are also not wide enough to cover all of the window and nearly 2 foot is left open to the sun and not attached to the walls. Needless to say no one got any sleep with not having closing curtains. Overall it didn't feel like a holiday and was in no way comfortable. Someone needs to do a full renovation on these as the shower situation is not safe for families to stay and without shutting curtains everyone was just miserable.

Beautiful location, well kept property. Friendly and helpful managers. Will visit again

The location is excellent and so central to everything would definitely stay here again, the only issue was the bed in main bedroom, far to soft for our liking, the views are spectacular we saw whales and dolphins everyday
