Bellevue on the Lakes

Very well appointed and maintained room in a modern Motel, ideally located on the lovely waterfront

Staff courteous. Great size room.

Overall a great stay with amazing lake views and walking paths, clean room and clean sheets with a nice jet bath which was a definite plus. Customer service was amazing, reception was happy to help every time we would ask anything and fresh towels daily. They had an indoor pool and spa which was also nice but I noticed it was rather outdated and not very clean in the water. The room provided everything you would need from an iron, space for hanging clothes, shower and a balcony also, although I would like to add that a microwave would have been very useful for leftovers from eating out. there was no way or heating any food.

Great location. Wonderful walking along the lake. Spacious, quiet, and clean property. Perfect family stay.

Clean room staff nice. A little tired and would be handy to have privacy curtains to use on window instead of having to use main curtains

Wir hatten eine Ferienwohnung in der 2. Etage ( Nr. 6) mit 2 Schlafzimmern.Die Wohnung war modern und sehr sauber. Der Blick war fantatisch und das Personal war sehr freundlich.

It was ideal for the stopover. Set back from the road so was quiet.

The room was exceptionally clean and tidy. It was washing machine facilities for general use the cleaning staff were exceptionally friendly air-conditioner not as cold as what I would’ve liked but open the window and it was quite fine.

We only stayed one night in an Executive Spa suite whilst travelling through Lakes Entrance. Our room was large and the bed comfortable. Whilst we did book the spa suite we did not use the spa with its wall cut out so that you can see the tv from the spa. The only real con was we that our room was situated on the Esplanade which meant the room was adjacent to the public footpath so you needed to have the privacy blind down in case a tall person walked past.

Quiet spot considering it was on the main road. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was great, it was wonderful to get a good nights sleep.

Ideal set up in apartment for a few days away.

Spacious rooms and good kitchen

Fantastic location, friendly staff, very clean property, comfortable bed, lots of extra little benefits such as toiletries, extra towels etc. The spa bath was a novelty but very nice. You felt safe and we had a beautiful view. The only slight disappointment was the lack of lifts. We were two young and healthy individuals so we honesty don't start looking at the description for 'access' on the website but half their rooms are on the first floor with no lift. Fine if you are fit and healthy and have an over the shoulder bag for a one night stay. We were staying one night but travelling Australia for 3 weeks so had two large heavy suitcases and it was quite a mission to get them up 18 steps. More information on this outside of the 'access' section of their website would have been useful when booking to request a ground floor room. Mentioned this in a very friendly way when exiting and reception staff seemed to get very defensive which is disappointing. I made it clear my recommendation was not to install lifts (that is not practical or cost effective) but to just give more information. I believe that the defensive tone is because this is not the first time it has been mentioned. I got a sharp 'it is on our website' but I booked via Expedia. I wonder if when allocating rooms, they may drop customers a line and let them know ahead of time to save an unnecessarily difficult experience or mention it on check in? Providing information is easy, free and an easy adjustment.

The room was spotlessly clear and very comfortable. We had a lovely lake view also.

Great location, fabulous amenities and beautiful rooms.

We always love staying in lakes entrance. We have been staying at Bellevue for over 30 years now and it really needs a makeover. I have also stayed at the newer motel in lakes and rate it much higher on modern and value for money

A very nice room over looking the water. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Walkable to most of the town.
