This property looked like it was in the middle of a renovation

Value for money and would recommend to others as will return for stay when back in Belmont.

Poll was not usable, it was dirty. Images on website don’t necessarily reflect the reality of the place, misrepresented.

Very easy to find, Thanks for the free upgrade. The noisy people outside adjacent units was disappointing

The property was damaged had smashed glass from a previous customer and shower doors didn’t lock.

Clean, tidy, comfortable, well priced. Staff were great. Outside needs a little tlc. It was definitely value for money.

Arrived only to find that I had no room they over booked and left me stranded

We stayed and our shower overflowed and ran out into the main area. Our clothing got wet our towels all soaked. We called Anna she sent her “husband “ who then gave us a plunger and got us to unblock it ourselves! We did get access to a second room to shower but it took an hour and we were late. We asked for a part refund $75 to cover the cost of the missed time slot Anna has ignored our messages via the app Being very reasonable less than 40% of the price.

Reception was closed on arrival, all communication was via text messages. Had to ask for towels, room didn’t have any.

Ridiculously expensive for an old rundown property. Broken shower screen, door missing off vanity, loose taps, fan that sounded like a motorbike running, decor not stylish (as advertised), kitchen tiny and can only fit one person at a time, needs painting, pool needed cleaning, room configuration strange (entry straight into bedroom), not enough chairs, cracked crockery, cutlery and crockery not in cupboards, beds everywhere ..... not much to like at all. Rating of 4.1 ridiculous. Wouldn't even give it a 1.0.

Unclean, noisy.

Hot water in shower was on wrong side and labled cold No bread board No tissues When mid service done no extra toilet paper left and bath towels not changed

The cups had to been clean on arrival. The shower would not turn off, running all night and there was no one in attendance to report it to! The air con ticked annoyingly all night. The security lights lit up the room all night. will never stay there again!!

Property clean. Great place to sleep for a night. Good price. No staff.

Quite comfortable but there were a couple of maintenance issues that we brought to the attention of management. Highest traffic noise was not a problem.

Basic budget motel but clean and with friendly staff. Room size and amenities were sufficient for a quick stop for the night. Pool and location were the drawcard for me.
