Bed not very comfortable. Blankets not thick enough. Could improve with electric blanket in winter time.

We had an amazing waterfront cabin with a lovely view. Could not fault and would certainly recommend.

The views from the cabin were great easy access to beaches and jetty

Good location

Stayed in an Ocean View Cabin. Perfect views, nice and quiet. Cabin had everything I needed, would definitely be back again.

Family villa was more like a house than a cabin, good quality building. Bathrooms were especially clean. Could use bedside tables as we had to put things like phones and drink bottles on the floor at night, and bedside lamp would have been nice. The park is excellent, great pool and right by an amazing beach.

The front door blind slides left and right but does not swivel open for unit 5 out the front. Needs to be replaced.

Excellent stay

Mugs and cups are unreachable in cupboard Kitchen slide window handle unreachable No stepladder provided to reach items overhead. We had to ask strangers that are tall next door to assist to retrieve mugs and cups. Sheets used unable to sleep on. Bunkbed No Internet Cabins outdated and pricey No basic toiletries such as tissues Only good thing air conditioning function

Great park to stay in the cabin we had was adequate and comfortable we enjoyed our stay

The fridge was freezing beverages. Staff were so helpful and friendly and promptly attended to fix the issue. The problem wasn’t resolved as I had to leave shortly after reporting it and it was out of staff’s control. Would love to come back some day.

Granddaughter loved the pool but playground was in the sun too much.

The beach being so close.Also lots of activities for children.

Great family place to stay! Lots to do and lots to explore close by!

A group of us (8 people) stayed in Family Villa, which is a relatively new and fresh 3 bedroom cabin. My only disappointment was that it only had one air conditioner in the living room and nothing else. However a description on the website stated x2 -air cons and a ceiling fan. The weather was very hot (over 40 during the day) we had to keep bedroom doors open day and night to get at least minimal relief. Open doors impacted our privacy and kids and dogs kept walking each other up. Frustrated with disinformation at the website, if we new we would have brought portable air con and fans. I asked at reception if I am able to borrow a fan and they said they don’t have one. Some other little things: there were only 7 chairs around dining table (one missing), no dishwasher, no cooking pot nor frying pan (lucky my friend brought one from home). We loved grassy areas and well maintained swimming pool (though the shade above pool would have been nice). We didn’t use communal kitchen, but it looked nice. Very beautiful clean beach. I found it very strange that you are not allowed to wash your dog anywhere on the premises. What are you supposed to do if your dog gets dirty (and if yours is fluffy as mine it will be covered in sand after every beach walk)?

We have stayed her 3 times over the last few years and always enjoy the beautiful location near the beach. The park is easily accessible to all amenities. Thanks to Julie and the team for the upgrade. Will be back again next year Jennifer & Mark Hawkins
