Great beachside apartment, the apartment was spotless and in good condition. Staff were excellent and always smiling. Good location and would definitely stay here again

Air conditioner was good all time and clean appartement are you feel relax.

Pros: across road from beach, modern apartment, undercover parking, ocean view from small balcony, lots of dishwashing liquid and laundry soap Cons: next door to construction - apartment 5 on floor 1 is directly next to noisy construction which begins at 630am every weekday heard inside the apartment. The large windows in the main bedroom and the main balcony have a lovely view of the construction instead of the hinterland view (not visible from this level) promised. Privacy is lacking, curtains were required to remain closed and balcony only desirable if you want a view of noisy construction. The ocean view was obstructed by an extremely dirty window. The cutlery drawer was not clean. Only one key is supplied for 4 people when checking in on weekend which is required for garage, building and apartment access. No dishwashing tablets supplied despite a dishwasher, limited toilet paper, no tissues. Ensuite bathroom has shower over bathtub which is slippery and may be difficult for some. No door on this bathroom/toilet so I hope you enjoy your partners bathroom noises. Excuse made by company was construction was mentioned however it stated it was nearby and did not impact. This is not true of this apartment. It impacts greatly and negatively impacted our stay. We couldn't sleep past 630am, couldn't use balconies or open curtains or windows. Not very relaxing and caused alot of anxiety and stress. Management did not care or offer a solution - false advertisement.

Rooms were clean, great location across the beach! And Chris the Manager of the building was nothing but welcoming and friendly at all times!

Lovely staff beautiful ocean views, just across the road.All rooms clean, kitchen clean and wifi great. All in all, a nice relaxing holiday, well worth the money. Hope to come back some day. Thank you

Great location and was neat and tidy

Place was great, especially for the price. Staff were amazing and friendly, the apartment, pool, spa and sauna were all nice. The location was amazing and it was quite peaceful for being near everything you could need. Only thing worth noting for others would be the bed was very firm. Not terrible, but just to be aware if your preference is softer.

We enjoyed a Great beach view from balcony, excellent customer service from staff and a well equipped kitchen to prepare our dinner and breakfast.

Good view to the beach and well appointed apartment. The closest shops and bars were an 8 minute walk, and Surfers Paradise took us 30 mins.
