It was easy checking in since they send you all the details a few hours before you come. There is no reception, but staff are responsive when you sms them. The place is clean, but it would have been better if both bathrooms had provision of toiletries. The shampoo, conditioner and soap were only available to one of the bathrooms, so we just ended up using one when it would have been easier to be able to use both given that we are family. One of the toilets had something dripping from the roof so we had to put towel on the floor. It would have also been good if they can replace even just the bathroom mats daily as they get wet after showering. Parking is limited though; you have to try to be back to your hotel early so you can park. Good thing, you can just walk to shops and eateries at night. The cleaner before checking out was actually friendly and nice. That was the only in person encounter we had. We don't mind staying in the same hotel again next time.

Great place . Clean and everything you need for a short stay. Right in the middle of town. Quiet at night. Really enjoyed our stay.

The room we stayed in was perfect in terms of size. It was clean and well heated given we went in winter. It is slightly dated and was sometimes noisy, but overall an enjoyable stay

Hard to rate this one. Good communication, but doesn’t work, failed to get my pin code sent to me. Cleaner let me in. Toilet didn’t work. Wifi was very weak and kept dropping out. No tissues No mirror in bathroom, wouldn't shave or do makeup etc. How ever the room is clean comfortable, numerous other amenties, and small but cosy. Location is very good too.

The style of the property was lovely. Room size was a bit tight in that there was no room to put our cases down and open, but the shower was insane and completely made up for this. We only stopped over for a night but in retrospect we would have liked to spend longer. A great place.

Very comfortable bed very convenient and close to all in town

Brilliant location and very reasonably priced.

This cozy, recently furnished apartment in the heart of town was a pleasure to stay in. It was easy to find, with ample on-site parking and a simple digital door lock for entry. The layout was well-designed, featuring a comfortable double bed, a sofa, bar fridge, and coffee and tea amenities, along with a space to hang clothes and store luggage. A small dining table and chairs completed the setup nicely. While I thoroughly enjoyed the stay, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The en-suite, while clean, had low water pressure in the shower, and the compact vanity made washing up a bit challenging. Additionally, sound insulation could be improved; I could hear neighbors and some noise from the nearby road, though it wasn’t too disruptive during my stay. Overall, this apartment offered excellent value, and I would happily stay here again!

Very smooth experience from check-in to the check-out. Conveniently located right next to the town centre and a great place to wake up with nice views. Cleanliness was well maintained. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I can't wait to be back in that area.

Fantastic locatiin right at shops and not far river. Very spotless clean. Has all facilities. Has microvawve and pod coffee machine and kettle. Con. Could use a little more bench space for those items. Little jammed in cupboard. Overall will stay there again

Communication prior to arrival was excellent with clear instructions for self checkin. On arrival room was lovely & warm. Room was clean & comfortable. Not huge but all we needed . Bathroom huge & well presented. Towels soft & fluffy. Bed was so comfortable . After. 10 hour drive it was wonderful & we slept well. Location is close to cafes & great Thai restuarant. Only downfall are the stairs & having to carry the heavy bag for our age up them. However be aware & do not let this detract if you cna do stairs
