Nice Stay

Cleaners could do a little better and the room needs minor maintenance ( Door lock and hinges , shower rose ). Informed office staff so we will see next time we stay

I think this place has DV mothers staying here 1:30am mum kicking on door to wake child up to let her in , been down drinking somewhere by the sound of it. Traffic noice unbearable. I would not stay again

Extremely disappointing and uncomfortable stay. Every single day I found cockroaches in my room. One day, after coming back from work, I opened the door and discovered dozens of dead and dying cockroaches all over the floor and even on my belongings — absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. To make things worse, the manager (or owner) is extremely rude and clearly not fit to manage a hospitality business. He has no respect for guests’ privacy and keeps shouting in the hallways, creating an unpleasant and stressful environment. The hotel urgently needs proper pest control, professional management, and basic respect for guests. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this place until these serious issues are resolved.

Air condtioning was ok parking was fine.Housekeeping could be better.Turned on lamp near bed and it was very dusty.could do with refurbishing a bit old and worn.

Room was clean and Staff were very friendly, parking was good and the room was cool.

This motel is non smoking, so you have to walk down the stairs, through the carpark to the smoking area, which you cannot do without passing people, sometimes you just want a quiet smoke.

Beautiful aircon. Dated inside but everything worked perfectly despite that. Beds were comfortable. My kids absolutely enjoyed the pool. And their beds. Overall we had an amazing time as a family and will happily recommend. And would book again .

Everything was great. I got held up on the highway and was going to be late, I called ahead and spoke to the manager and there was no issue with getting me a key after hours.

Room was full of coach roaches. On walls even had one wake my daughter up when it ran across her while she was sleeping Ants. The shower was dirty. Had hair in there. I will not be staying there again.

Noisy inconsiderate neighbors. Missing tv remote. You should make basic eating utensils, bowl plate, knife/fork/spoon available to borrow/hire.

The hole place was very neat and tidy.

Good location. It is not flash, but they are working on it. Had everything I needed. Comfortable with good parking facilities and friendly staff.

Old and tired. Needs a good refurbish especially bathroom.

For a family of six staying three nights, this property worked well for us. The beds were comfortable, the showers had hot water, and there were plenty of food options nearby. The place is a bit dated, but for the price and location, we didn’t mind. The only downside was some residents or visitors yelling outside at night, which seems to be a recurring issue based on other reviews and could be unsettling for kids. Otherwise, we were happy with our stay and would stay again.

Lady at reception was very nice and helpful. The room had multiple issues. Broken shower screen Difficult aircon Ants in room Mould in aircon and skylight Smoke alarm was removed from room!
