The Crystalbrook Albion is a lovely, individual, informal and very comfortable hotel. Situated in Surry Hills it is very conveniently situated for the CBD, and benefits from excellent neighbourhood dining. The staff are aall super nice, friendly and helpful and really made us feel at home.

Really cool area if you’re looking to walk Around and eat/drink locally. Hotel is a bit hidden looks like it’s in an alley! But inside is really nice and staff are helpful and friendly. By the way if you’re bringing a car you have the option to park on the street not just at the hotels designated parking lot (Which is $$$!) And it’s not that hard just follow instructions on street signs. And it’s much cheaper! Follow the road all the way down to the right you will see a few car slots there. We got lucky and where able to get a spot all 3 days we where there wed-Fri.

Absolutely loved our stay at Crystalbrook Albion. Staff was very nice and helpful. They held our luggage when we arrived early and it was in our room upon check-in. Location was perfect. Close to great dining options and a short walk from central station to get around town. Loved the danishes and muffins every morning. Honour bar was nice on arrival and departure days, as it was convenient.

This is a beautiful, well appointed hotel in the center of Surrey Hills. Walking distance to most everything you’ll want to see. The rooms are on the smaller side, but very comfortable and well appointed. They offer pastries fruit throughout the morning, coffee tea all day. There is a comfortable rooftop appointed with plants and flowers, French bistro chairs, and tables. It’s a perfect place to have breakfast or to work from. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend the Crystalbrook Hotel. I look forward to staying there again.

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Very clean and tidy with amenities there. Liked the self service bar. The back street on little Albion street can be quite narrow if there are cars parked. If you’re in an Uber XL or larger car, you may want to be mindful of going through the street. Nice and central location with good eateries. There is no room service here.
