Deer Park Motor Inn

room was good ,staff good ,good to find a motel with really good parking for each room would stay here again .

Staff were super helpful and friendly. Rooms and hotel are old but very clean and neat. Close to highway and city - great location and no road noise at night. Very pleasant stay.

Check in was fast and our room very clean and comfortable. Also quite large. Nice size dining room and the continental breakfast was good. If I had to fault anything it would be the clocks in the room . 3 of them, and not one set to the right time.

The room felt like a demountable, sheets of plywood tacked up on the walls, a square of plywood masquerading as a bed side table and not attached to wall. Air conditioning unit broken. Absolutely over priced for the offer.

I love that they allow animals, but sadly the man next door to me had a small dog who barked for hours. I assume he ‘parked’ the dog in the room and went off to dinner and the pub. It wasn’t til around 2am that either the dog got worn out or I finally fell asleep. People really shouldn’t abuse the kind ness of the owners by making another guest’s experience bad. The establishment was great - shame about the guest !!

It’s on the economic side of things, but bed was very comfortable and facilities clean. On the run and a quick/clean place to stay that doesn’t break the budget… This fits the bill. Friendly and helpful staff.

Nice a quiet , staff were very friendly

The units are very large which is nice, the water was hot and the water pressure was good, the bed was very comfy. We stayed in an accessible unit, which was fine even though we didn't need accessible facilities however, the handrail in the shower was very badly rusted and should be either painted or better still replaced. It was nice having a breakfast included but some tinned fruit to go with the yoghurt would have been nice. Overall we were happy with our stay

the apartment was average. the so called continental breakfast was a cheap toast and Marmelade, instant coffee and artificial juice Not recommended

This was a convenient place to stop for the night. It is close to the bypass. It was 5C outside but cosy inside with the AC. Very spacious room with a large comfortable bed.

I was so excited about staying at deer park, I had herd such fantastic things about it. We booked a king sized bed with a spa bath. Bed was very comfortable although we found someone elses hair in the bed. TV was nice and clean, internet was extremely slow and booted us out every 15mins and cromecast would not connect due to this reason, so was forced to watch free to air tv. Bathtub was huge, didn't work, was filthy, no shower curtain if you decided to have a shower. Tiles around the bottom of the bathroom were all cracked and broken, souround of the bathtub was black with mold. The room is obviously booked for 2 people although there was only 1 set of toiletries provided and 1 set of cuttlery. Unfortunately it was raining the whole time we were there so we didnt get to feed the deer (or even see them for that matter) and we didnt venture over to the heated pool so I cannot comment on that. All and all I was highly disappointed in the outdated, filthy, rude service provided at the deer park. 100% do not recommend I will not stay agin!

I wish i knew that there was an indoor heated pool. I would have lived a swim after graduation celebrations. The host was nice, and let me into thevroom early to get ready for my graduation. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room.

We had a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend this place to stay. The staff was super friendly and so were the deer! I didn’t expect that we would get to see and feed real live deer.

Everything comfortable, quiet, nice. Staff - Russel was extremely accommodating and the best part - the Deer! Great stay thank you!

Overall room was suitable and comfortable however room was not cleaned completely before arrival. Pill on ground from previous visitors, soap chunks in shower, lots of stains on carpet.
