Try clean well looked after

Great accommodation,we had a small villa,very clean,if I had a complaint it would be no microwave dishes and steak knives.

We recently stayed at Discovery Parks Moama Waters and overall had a good experience, however there were a few issues that really impacted our stay. The biggest problem was that both bedroom doors in our accommodation were faulty and would not close properly. They would only go halfway and then needed to be forced shut — often requiring two people. We were travelling with babies, so having to do this quietly every nap and bedtime without waking them was extremely inconvenient and stressful. When we raised this with reception, we were simply told it would “need a carpenter” and no alternative solution or assistance was offered, which was really disappointing. For the price you pay, you expect accommodation to be properly maintained or at least some effort made to resolve the issue during your stay. In addition, our 2-bedroom cabin did not have a stovetop. Instead, there was only an old portable cooktop that did not work properly, which made preparing meals difficult and frustrating. There was also no boom gate or noticeable security, and we noticed unfamiliar cars repeatedly driving through and doing laps around the property, which made us feel a little uneasy. Another downside was the lack of WiFi, which was not made clear when booking. Aside from these issues, the park itself was lovely and the rest of our stay was enjoyable. Unfortunately though, the maintenance and response to concerns did not match the price point.

Great for the big and small kids. Well equipped and very clean cabins. Shop around for competitive pricing. Beautifully maintained grounds and ammenities. Great extras such as ice cream van, petting zoo. Staff not overly engaging or welcoming. No boom gates and not a secure feeling park.

Yes and yes beautiful place

For us as a family of 6 it was amazing all the facilities for the kids were fantastic and loads of space to ride bikes, scooters etc. Pools bouncing pillows and communal kitchens were great! Rooms and the whole complex were really clean and well maintained we will definitely be back but next time we will stay for longer than 3 nights!

Stayed in studio cabin. Well appointed, very clean, comfy bed, good tv. Well spaced apart for privacy. Value for money. Great restaurant on riverfront within ground. Wonderful food, wine & service. Highly recommend
